Coordinated Entry at the Housing Resource Center is a centralized intake, assessment and coordination point which determines appropriate level of assistance to stabilize housing and assist self-sufficiency. HRC tools include: rent assistance, security and utility deposits, background screening fees and other direct housing costs; referrals to site-based housing, housing voucher and other programs; linkages to life skills, financial literacy, and/or employability training and career-building services; plus referrals to partner entities.

Operates a self-managed overnight shelter program at up to 10-15 sites throughout Seattle, providing shelter for over 200 clients per night in the indoor shelter. Some facilities serve only men or women; others serve both men and women, with separate sleeping areas. Trans* clients are served as they self-identify. Intake is usually available in Spanish as well as English; other available languages at intake vary, though clients are able to access shelter regardless of language or ability to speak. All facilities provide mats and blankets. Many sites are wheelchair accessible and some provide shower facilities.   Clients must leave the shelters early each morning.   Individual shelters may potentially refrain from screening on days that they are full. Shelter screenings for night-of only; no day(s)-in-advance screenings.

Coordinates emergency shelter for families with children as well as people who are pregnant, at multiple locations across King County. Provides shelter to pregnant women and single mothers. Guests do not have to leave during the day. May also be able to refer to other housing programs in the community.

Emergency shelter for homeless in Whatcom County with severe behavioral health needs.

Provides emergency shelter and basic needs for up to 90 days while families obtain housing.

Provides a warm place to stay over the winter months. All persons may arrive at the shelter. All persons entering the shelter will be asked to sign in. There will not be a background check performed. All belongings will be checked in. No one will be looking at what you check, however if you elect to keep something on your person such as a weapon or contraband it would be cause for you to be asked to leave and may be turned over to law enforcement. You may keep things needed for the night like a teddy bear, book, or medications. While in the shelter there will be no use of drugs or alcohol and smoking will only be allowed off property in designated areas before 8:45pm. Guests are expected to follow the basic rules of conduct, no fighting or disturbing others while you are in the shelter and will be asked to leave if you do not follow shelter rules. No food will be served at the shelter, but beverages will be available.

Operates a drop in center for men and women as well as pets. Guests can receive meals, support, and get connected to resources. Also offers showers and laundry services. Guests wanting to stay overnight need to check in at the drop in center by 7pm.

Provides shelter for up to 30 days for homeless single women and women with children. Healing Home: A life-transformation program lasting from 12-18 months, for women who desire to step out of the cycle of destructive patterns that are connected to addiction, trauma and broken relationships. Connections: An extension program lasting up to four months, for guests waiting for employment or housing.

Provides emergency housing and meals for families with children or women who are pregnant. Clients are expected to attend case management sessions to set goals, receive housing/job/service information and referral, and to track progress toward goals. An excellent on site program for youth 6-17 provides positive role models, mentoring, and fun for children staying at the shelter. Also offers an on-site preschool. Each family has its own room. The Shelter is open 24 hours, so no one needs to leave the shelter during the daytime. Phones and computers are available for job/service search and setting appointments.

Domestic Violence is one of the leading causes of homeless and housing instability. YWCA Spokane provides walk in housing advocacy for survivors of intimate partner domestic violence.

Operates 75 beds of nightly shelter for women that includes intensive case management services. Lockers available for overnight participants. Program is designed in particular for clients actively working on long-term stability, with the goal of moving into permanent housing. Length of stay depends on each client's progress in the program.

Program provides low income apartments, rental assistance and more.

Operates an overnight homeless shelter for men ages 18 and older. Provides showers, dinner, and breakfast. Additional services available to sign up for twice a week include medical care, housing case management, and drug treatment.

Provides 80 beds in a dorm area. 36 cots in the day room and 10 available spots for veterans. As well as accommodating eighty men at night, the facility accommodates day sleepers who work night shifts. Extended stay is possible for men who have jobs and who are trying to become self-sufficient. Men are guaranteed a spot for 30 days if they have not stayed with the Rescue Mission in the past 90 days. The Good Neighbor Cafe is on site and offers free breakfast, lunch and supper. Other services at the Downtown Tacoma Campus include: - free showers and hygiene items, - free laundry facilities, - mail service, - and a free clothing room open Wednesday from 1pm-3pm.

Provides a crisis shelter for women and children. Can stay up to two weeks if waiting for any of these programs such as, Isabella's House, SNAP, or Ogden Hall. Mothers get single rooms, and single women share rooms up to 6 women in one room.

Offers a single adult emergency overnight shelter with daily drop-in services. Provides food, access to showers, hygiene supplies, clothing, and entertainment. Also provides social services to help find housing, employment, and healthcare.

Provides emergency shelter for women who are pregnant and/or parenting at least one child on a full-time basis. Can serve up to seven families at a time, dependent on family size, in two homes on the same semi-confidential property.   Families receive their own private bedroom and shared bathroom. Length of stay is not pre-determined, but tailored to each family's needs. Program offers professional case management and services onsite.

Coordinates late-night referrals and transportation to contracted church-based shelters. Serves a meal at 8 pm.

Provides various housing programs for families and individuals to assist with things like affordable housing, eviction prevention, emergency shelter, housing support, homelessness diversion, and more. Housing and Essential Needs Offers financial and non-cash assistance to low-income adults unable to work for at least 90 days due to a physical or mental disability. Assistance can include help with housing, like rent or deposits, and essential items such as toiletries, hygiene products, and bus passes.
