Manages 11 properties, in the Columbia City, Genesee and TOD Development Overlay neighborhoods, offering a total of about 750 units. Unit sizes range from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Other housing properties owned by SEED are managed by Coast property Management. Also contributes to economic development of the region by investing in local business enterprises.
