Women's Residential Program offered at Transitions' Miryam's House
Transitional housing is available through Miryam’s House, where nine women experiencing homelessness are encouraged down the path to recovery and stability through case management and life-skills education. Life at Miryam’s House includes wrap-around supportive services, one-on-one case management, life-skills education, and continuing support for residents through an Alumnae Program. Women eligible for housing are homeless.

Provides a short-term housing intervention program for low-income veterans and their families experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.

Veterans and their families can be assisted with housing through case management, pending eligibility. If eligible, assistance and support may include move-in/rental assistance, eviction prevention, benefits support, employment and education services, legal aid around housing barriers, and other expenses that may support stable housing.
Must be willing to work with a caseworker. May require clients to be alcohol- and drug-free. Assistance in any of these programs depends on availability of funds.
