Clothing and Baby Supplies offered at Mother and Child Education Center
Provides maternity clothing and supplies for pregnant women and nursing mothers. Also provides baby clothing, baby blankets, sleepers, toys and children's books, as well as emergency supplies of diapers, formula, and baby food.
Provides maternity clothing and supplies for pregnant women and nursing mothers. Availability of diapers, formula, and other supplies is dependent on donations received. Clients should call first to determine if sizes/types of items needed are available. Parents are encouraged to become a client (which is free) and allows access to more services. Diapers and formula are available for emergency needs only and not provided on an ongoing basis. Mother and Child is NOT a clothing closet; it is a program which has supplies to assist families but also focuses on education and support.

Tangible Needs offered at Pregnancy Aid of South King County
Offers support and in-kind aid to women for carrying pregnancy to full-term and after baby is born. Provides diapers and baby clothing. Has limited baby furniture, car seats, formula, toys, and other items.
Provides in-kind aid to families with babies and young children.
Provides diapers as well as a wide variety of baby and children's clothing up to size 6.
Other items are dependent on donations such as baby furniture, blankets, toys, books, car seats and strollers and maternity clothing.
All car seats are inspected by an on-site technician.

Available resources includes: layettes, diapers, wipes, clothing - sizes infant to 2T, car seats, cribs and baby furniture.

Offers a support program for pregnant women and families of infants and toddlers. Participating in parenting education and mentoring gives clients "credits" for baby food, formula, diapers, clothing and car seats.

Offers a support program for pregnant women and families of infants and toddlers. Parenting education and advocacy are part of a program that can provide assistance obtaining free baby food, formula, diapers, and maternity/baby clothing.
The Bright Course program offers ongoing support for pregnant women and parenting families of infants and toddlers. Parenting education is provided one on one with a trained parenting advocate. Once enrolled, a client works with her parenting advocate to choose a curriculum best suited to her needs and interests. While clients are learning, clients are Earning "Mommy Money" to spend any way they wish on maternity and baby supplies. Most curriculums are available in both English and Spanish, and our Spanish Client Services Manager is available to assist with translation when needed. The program provides clients with incentives to learn life skills as they earn "Mommy Money" to spend in our "Mommy Store" on items they need.
