Provides several modes of transportation to Medicaid eligible medical appointments. This must be a clients last source of transportation. Two full business days' notice is required, and requests can be made up to one month in advance.

SHUTTLE is a shared-ride service for people who, because of their disability, are unable to ride a regular Pierce Transit bus. Provides door-to-door service, or, in some instances, transportation to Transit Centers to connect with regular bus service.

Provides door-to-door transportation to pre-qualified disabled riders in the Yakima area. Offers transportation for those with a disability that prevents them from using the regular Yakima Transit bus system. Yakima Transit contracts with Medstar to provide Dial-A-Ride service for individuals with disabilities.

Provides transportation within the City of Everett to adults 65 and older and disabled persons who qualify under the ADA. Reservations are required. It is suggested that riders call three days in advance.  Service is curb to curb, and transportation is available 7 days a week, although limited on Saturdays and Sundays.  This service is specifically for those who cannot access fixed route bus service. Reservations are required. Call 3 days in advance.

Provides one-on-one support with finding transportation options such as local shuttles, volunteer driver programs, medical transportation services, transit, and more. Also helps clients navigate public transportation routes and provide suggested trip plans. Find a Ride staff are not able to book your trip.

Door-to-door van program transports older adults and people with disabilities to: - Neighborhood hot meal programs - Medical appointments - Senior centers - Grocery stores - Other local destinations.   Provides older adults and people with disabilities with an opportunity to socialize with others and stay active within their communities.  Hyde Shuttles only travel inside their local service area. For example, the Renton Hyde Shuttle operates only within the city limits of Renton. Client would have to set 2 appointments for an outing. One for pick up and one for drop off. Vans sanitized daily.

Provides two deviated fixed routes in the Beyond the Borders Service area. Deviations up to 1 mile off the fixed route may be available, depending on the rider's situation. Dispatch will make the determination if a deviation from the route is possible. Routes run from Spanaway to South Hill and a Sumner to Bonney Lake Connector Monday through Friday. Connections to Sound Transit and Pierce Transit bus service at each end of the routes. Those who are disabled are also encouraged to apply for Pierce Transit's SHUTTLE for the Disabled.

Provides wheelchair accessible special needs deviated fixed-route transportation services to rural an areas of Thurston County under contract with the Thurston Regional Planning Council.    Connects passengers to Intercity Transit, Twin Transit, and Lewis Mountain Highway Transit.

Provides bus service for those who are disabled, elderly, or are off the main bus route or going to a place off the main bus route by more than 1/4 mile. Reservations are required. Reservations can be made the day before and up to 3 weeks ahead. Same day requests will be handled on time and space availability.

Deer Park Dial-A-Ride picks up riders at their home within Deer Park and offers transportation within the city limits of Deer Park. Schedule 24 hours to 2 weeks in advance. Drivers are able to assist riders with getting in and out of the shuttle and to help move rider's packages on and off the bus. Accessible for wheelchairs and people with disabilities.

Provides curb-to-curb (and if needed, door-to-door) transportation to riders whose disability prevents them from riding the fixed route bus system. ​Paratransit service is designed to be equal to the fixed route service. Paratransit’s service area and hours of operation mirror those of the fixed routes. Riders often share their rides with others to meet demand. Paratransit can be used for any trip purpose, other than a medical emergency Examples include to get to work or school, to visit friends and family, to go shopping, or to church, to see movies, enjoy parks and trails and keep medical or dental appointments. Wheelchair equipped vehicles with curb-to-curb service are provided to most populated areas of Whatcom County. Service to remote areas may be limited.  Evening service operates in a more limited area, corresponding to fixed route bus service.

Provides transportation for Disabled and/or Elderly that cannot drive on their own. The elderly are able to go to doctor appointments and get groceries with this service if volunteers are available.

Provides a wheelchair-accessible share ride transportation service for individuals who, because of the effects of their disability, are prevented from using the regular fixed route buses either all or some of the time. Meaning, that a person is unable, because of a disability, to get to or from a bus stop, get on or off a lift or ramp equipped bus, or successfully travel by bus to or from their destination.

Pierce Transit, Pierce County and the City of Buckley collaborate to provide a temporary shuttle service to transport community members free of charge from several locations within the City of Buckley to the southern end of the Foothills Trail footbridge, in response to the closure of the White River Bridge connecting Buckley and Enumclaw following a strike by a vehicle. King County Metro has extended their bus service to pick up passengers on the northern end of the footbridge. This shuttle service will allow Buckley residents to more quickly and easily access the footbridge to reach work, appointments, school and resources in Enumclaw and beyond. The shuttle service will be available until the Washington State Department of Transportation has completed emergency repairs to the White River Bridge and reopens it to vehicle traffic. These shuttle vehicles are wheelchair accessible like all Pierce Transit buses and can accommodate all passengers. Pick-up locations are as follows: -River Road and Cemetery Road -Mount Rainier Creamery (out front on SR 410) -Buckley Shopping Center (Jefferson Ave. and SR 410) -Buckley Library (in front by bike racks and benches) -Grocery and Post Office (in parking lot) -New Buckley City Hall (811 Main St) -River Road and Cemetery Road Stop locations may be altered in the future based on need.

Offers a safe and easy way to use on-demand ridesharing services including Uber, from a cell phone or landline. No smartphone required. Rides can be paid for by friends or family members. Also provides the option for family members/caregivers/friends to receive travel status text notifications about the rider. Client can set up automatic rides for fixed medical appointments. During periods of higher demand, the price may fluctuate, however the price rate of the ride is given before ride is ordered. Often it will only take five minutes for demand to return to normal. Call representatives can also provide fare estimates. When matched with a driver, rider will be given their name, car type and license plate number. Will also provide the estimated time of arrival (ETA) and give an automated call once the driver has arrived. Vehicles are not lift-equipped, but drivers can help load the car or transport mobility equipment if portable. Riders should be able to transfer from a wheelchair to a seat without assistance.

Paratransit Bus Service is for people with disabilities who are functionally unable to access or use regular bus service. Paratransit provides door-to-door transportation, or feeder service to accessible bus service.   This is an application based service and requires an interview with Twin Transit's Paratransit Co-ordinator.

Provides fare-free door-to-door transportation in Yakima County for residents who are 60 years or older, veterans, persons with disabilities, low-income individuals, and children with special needs to locations outside of city limits. Transportation may be used for medical appointments, necessary grocery shopping, DSHS visits, Social Security office, WorkSource, and other sites, as funding allows. Also provides transportation for individuals who attend school, are seeking employment, or who have employment but no transportation (must live in an area where there is no transit bus service).
