The subsidized annual pass will cover all trips from Metro to Metro, from Sound Transit to Sound Transit, and from Metro to/from Sound Transit. If a customer uses their subsidized ORCA LIFT card to pay for travel on Community Transit, Pierce Transit, Kitsap Transit, or Everett Transit, standard transfer rules apply for transfers within and between those transit agencies.

Provides transportation services through several programs: Medicaid Transportation, Reserve-a-Ride medical transportation, Bike to Work, Employment Transportation, and Volunteers in Motion. Services are available for non-emergent, general and life sustaining medical appointments. Types of transportation include bus tickets, gas vouchers, volunteer drivers, taxi, train, and wheelchair vans. Trips can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance.

Provides resettlement assistance with food, housing, healthcare, registering adults for English classes, school registration for children, baby items, Orca cards, job search, clothing, and other essential needs.

Issues Regional Reduced Fair Permits to senior riders, riders with a disability, and Medicare card holders for discounted rates on public transportation systems in the Puget Sound region.  Participating regional transit systems include: Clallam Transit, Community Transit, Everett Transit, Intercity Transit, Jefferson Transit, King County Ferry District (Water Taxi), King County Metro, Kitsap Transit, Mason Transit, Pierce County Ferries, Pierce Transit, Skagit Transit, Sound Transit, WSDOT Washington State Ferries, and Whatcom Transportation Authority.  RRFP's can be issued for temporary disabilities. A Personal Care Attendant may ride free with a RRFP-PCA card.

Offers Coordinated Entry, Homeless Diversion, and Housing and Essential Needs (HEN). - Coordinated entry is a process developed to ensure that all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access and are quickly identified, assessed for, referred, and connected to housing and assistance based on their strengths and needs. - Diversion is a fast paced, short-term case management program that can assist the individual/household(s) with solving problems and barriers by utilizing the existing strengths and resources of the individual/household(s). Customer Service also provides bus schedule information over the phone. Everett Station serves as a transportation hub as well as a career development center. In addition, the Everett Station offers residents and visitors a unique look into the history of Everett through its informative and beautiful artwork.

People age 65 and older and persons with disabilities may get a Regional Reduced Fare Permit. It is an ID card that allows you to ride the regular fixed-route buses throughout the Puget Sound Region, Sounder and Washington State Ferries at a discounted fare. The permit is REQUIRED on most transit systems in order to pay a reduced fare.

Provides fixed-route service on 44 routes to the cities of Airway Heights, Cheney, Liberty Lake, Medical Lake, Millwood, Spokane and Spokane Valley. These services include connections between downtown Spokane and Spokane International Airport, major shopping malls, area colleges and universities, and Fairchild Air Force Base. Service is offered 365 days a year, with special hours on Saturday and Sundays as well as holidays. Check individual route schedules for specific times.

Assists residents of the Cascade School District and Cashmere with the following services: rent, utility shut-off prevention (water & power only), gas vouchers, bus tokens, or bus passes, and emergency shelter referrals.

Sells ORCA cards, which can be used to pay the fare on buses and trains in the Puget Sound region. The ORCA card works like cash or a pass, automatically tracking the value of different fares and transfers. Between $5 and $300 can be added to the card’s E-purse to pay for trips, or a monthly pass can be purchased for an unlimited number of trips during a month. The E-purse and the electronic monthly pass can be on the same ORCA card, and E-purse can be used to cover any additional fares beyond the monthly pass.

Provides free bus ticket for individuals who are unable to access transportation assistance from any other agency in Benton and Franklin Counties.

Also, provides free youth passes for 18 and younger, which are available at the Customer Service Office /Three Rivers Transit Center and on the bus from drivers. Provides assistance with basic emergency needs, which may include emergency shelter or stipends to assist with rent, utilities, gas, car repairs, local transit passes, long distance bus tickets, medical care, clothing, and more. Also provides personal hygiene items, baby diapers, pet food, warm winter coats, and other essentials.

Offers a reduced fare based on eligibility. This permit can be used by seniors, individuals with a disability and Medicare Card holders. Call or see the website for eligibility verification requirements. The permit enables clients to ride regional partners services at a reduced rate. Applications and permits are available at the Tacoma Dome Bus Shop location or online.

Provides limited financial help on a case-by-case basis for assistance including utilities, food handler cards, ID renewal, and at times limited bus tokens. Cremation/burial assistance extremely limited.

The HEN program provides essential household needs that cannot be purchased with food stamps to qualified individuals. The items are distributed at the Everett Gospel Mission. Eligibility for the HEN program is determined by DSHS. If a client is eligible for HEN, they will be notified by DSHS. Not everyone who is deemed eligible will receive assistance. Qualified individuals are able to take with them household cleaning supplies, personal hygiene products, and transportation assistance. These products can be picked up once a month or every other month (depends on funding).

Those who become qualified for an RRFP could also be eligible for the Taxi Scrip program, if certain income requirements are met. A Personal Care Attendant Ride Free RRFP-PCA is also available if certain requirements are met.
