Offers trained navigators who work one-on-one with Pierce County residents who are unable to access transportation. Finds transportation options such as local shuttles, volunteer driver programs, medical transportation services, transit, and more. Also helps clients navigate public transportation routes and provide suggested trip plans. Works with clients to meet a more immediate transportation need and to establish reliable, long-term transportation. Services may include - Filling out applications, - Education about available options and how they can be blended together - Access to short-term transportation Examples of transportation include medical, employment, education, food, benefits application, and errands.

Provides specialized transportation resource assistance, coordination, and advocacy for residents who need transportation services beyond those listed in the 2-1-1 database. Calls are generally returned within 1 business day.

Teaches students (1st, 3rd and 5th graders; junior and senior high school special education students; and international college students) how to ride the bus (i.e., read schedules and use safety measures/make transfers).  Course consists of 1/2 hour spent in the classroom & 1/2 hour spent on a bus.

Connects King County residents with information about travel options, increasing independence and mobility.  Volunteer and Hopelink staff provide drop-in transportation assistance at advertised Eastside community centers, gathering places, and at community outreach events throughout King County.

Provides a free service that offers self-paced instruction to help passengers who can use fixed route bus service become familiar with local public transportation options. Travel trainers teach people to travel independently, safely and confidently. Training is available one-on-one or in small groups and is designed to help each client with their individual needs. Clients learn to plan a trip, read and understand route maps and schedules, identify, board and get off buses, make transfers, and more.

Offers commuter transportation services between Yakima and Ellensburg. Has 8 bus stops between Ellensburg and Yakima; no local service when in Yakima or Ellensburg. Service is provided by Yakima Transit, Central Washington University (CWU), Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), and Cities of Selah and Ellensburg; operated by CWA LLC. Provides two schedules: - A full-time, 7 round-trip/day schedule when CWU is in session - A seasonal, 6 round-trip/day schedule when CWU is NOT in session Please note, in severe winter weather with ice and snow on the roadway, time schedules can be affected and the bus may run late.

Provides fixed-route bus services throughout Benton and Franklin Counties. Also, provides free youth passes for 18 and younger, which are available at the Customer Service Office /Three Rivers Transit Center and on the bus from drivers. All buses are equipped to accommodate individuals using wheelchairs or other mobility devices. Currently offering travel training for interested individuals.

Provides free one-on-one training to help individuals with disabilities and seniors age 65+ to learn how to ride regular accessible public transit and light rail services. Training can be for specific trip(s) or general system navigation. Ramp training available to practice boarding, disembarking, and securement process. Group orientations available for seniors and special education classes.
