Provides solid waste, yard waste, water, sewer and storm drainage services to Buckley residents. Customers of City of Buckley utilities may be eligible for a discounted utility rate if they are low income senior or disabled households.

Credits can be achieved for all services billed directly to the customer by TPU.

Low-income senior citizen and low-income disabled residents of the City of Stanwood may apply to receive utility services at 70% of the monthly minimum charge.

30% discount on the utility bill for low income homeowners age 62 and over and disabled homeowners of any age who reside at their property within Mountlake Terrace city limits.

Provides two programs that help with City of Tumwater utility services. Utility Hardship Program provides one-time assistance when a household is going through a hardship like a loss of job, divorce, foreclosure, major illness, etc. Life-Line Program is an on-going discount rate for seniors and those with disabilities.

Provides a discount rate for low-income senior citizens (62 and older) who have a City of Gig Harbor utility bill in their name. Service is provided to those who are permanent, year-round residents in the City of Gig Harbor's service area. Homeowners and renters can use this service.

The City of Arlington offers a 40% reduction in rates to qualified low income senior citizens and low income disabled customers for water, sewer, stormwater, and ambulance services provided by the city. The program includes both homeowners and renters who live in a primary residence receiving a separate Arlington utility bill for service.

Offers a 30% utility reduction rate to eligible low-income older adults and those with disabilities who receive disability payments from SSA, SSI, SSDI or Veteran's Administration. The discount does not apply to Metro, actual water consumption, street lighting, surcharges, miscellaneous fees or late charges. The rate reduction will take effect the billing cycle following application approval. There are no adjustments for prior months.    Billing cycle is every two months.
