Hosts a legal clinic specifically designed to address the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and couples. This clinic is run by QLaw Foundation in partnership with the King County Bar Association. The clinic is open to everyone regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. At the clinic, an attorney will meet with clients for 30 minutes and provide individualized legal advice and information. Clinic attorneys will answer questions and provide information in a variety of areas including family law, immigration, debt and bankruptcy, divorce/dissolution, employment discrimination, and transgender legal issues.

InCharge Debt Solutions is a national non-profit credit counseling agency offering confidential budget counseling, debt management, housing counseling, bankruptcy counseling and financial education programs to consumers, including military personnel serving overseas.

Offers comprehensive financial counseling services including: - Budget and debt management. - Debt repayment strategies. - HUD-approved mortgage, delinquency, and default resolution consolidation. - Home purchase guidance. - Bankruptcy counseling and post-bankruptcy counseling. - Student loan counseling.

Certified Credit Counselors assist clients with a budget, credit counseling, and financial education. The Debt Management Plan helps clients to receive benefits from creditors which may include lower interest rates and elimination of late and over-the-limit fees. Collection calls should stop after three consecutive, on-time, acceptable payments have been made.  The Debt Management Plan will help to lower clients' debt to income ratio and will have them debt free in approximately five years or less. Continuing financial education and counseling assists with clients' long term success on the plan and helps to build solid financial management skills.

Operates legal clinics providing free 30 minute consultations with an attorney on debt and bankruptcy issues. Volunteer bankruptcy lawyers meet individually with debtor clients who are considering or have already applied for bankruptcy as well as those who need assistance with other debt issues. Assists Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 litigants. Clinic attorneys can: - Determine whether the client has a legal problem - Suggest possible options - Help answer papers, summons and requests - Provide appropriate referrals Clinic attorneys are specialized in areas of debt and bankruptcy law.
