Responsible for documents and records for Lincoln County, including: -  Public Records -  Probate Records -  Juvenile Offender Records -  Domestic Violence Forms - Stalking/Harassment Orders - Sexual Assault Protection/Restraining - Domestic Violence Protective/Restraining Orders - Crime Victim/Witness Related No Contact Orders - Divorce Petition Filing Offices - Adoption Petition Filing Offices - Passports - Divorce Records - Adoption Records

The County Clerk’s purpose is to ensure the separation of powers among the three branches of government by preserving the integrity of the judiciary. Those three branches are Executive, Judicial and Legislative.
