Offers community workshops and educational events on domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. Educational materials are available in several Asian Pacific languages. Direct services are limited to multilingual access to services through volunteers. Printed materials are available in various Asian Pacific languages.

Crisis Support Network is a trusted lifeline for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and other crimes in Pacific County. We support individuals and families in crisis through trauma-informed advocacy, emergency shelter, legal accompaniment, and therapy.  Crisis Support Network helps people who’ve been through hurtful things—like abuse or violence—in a way that’s kind, careful, and respectful. We listen without judging, believe what people say, and make sure they feel safe and in control of their choices. We understand that hard experiences can make people feel worried or scared, so we go slowly, explain things clearly, and support them however they need.

Provides trainings on domestic violence to other groups, agencies, and service providers. Tailors the curriculum to fit specific needs, topics Include: -  Understanding Domestic Violence & Effective Interventions -  Impact of Abusive Behavior on Children -  Teen Dating Violence (for teens, for parents, or for teachers/counselors)

Provides individual, group therapy services for adults.We also provide Mental Health Assessments, Domestic Violence Assessments, Anger-Aggression Assessments, Victim Assessments and shoplifting Assessments. We also Provide Mental Health PEER services.

Offers assistance with safety planning, protection orders, legal advocacy, resources for parenting plans, divorce or separation, and counseling services for people experiencing domestic violence.

Provides general legal and cultural advocacy, emergency services, safety planning, secondary victim and survivor support, and community education for survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.

Provides non-residential, confidential advocacy services to adult survivors of domestic violence.   Services include:   - Safety planning - DV education - Legal advocacy - Help in accessing community resources - Limited financial assistance for basic needs per funders' guidelines while funds last. Note: No rental assistance is available. - Language interpretation is available in person as well as over the phone.

Encourages safe and healthy relationships for survivors and their families.  Helps to intervene into and/or prevent any action or anticipated action that may cause physical or emotional injury or trauma to any individual or family. Provides free information and referral services to support health and welfare includes crisis counseling, intervention, prevention services, and to promote community awareness about domestic violence.

Provides services and resources to victims of domestic violence, including 24 hour crisis line, confidential domestic violence shelter, domestic violence advocacy, support groups, assistance with domestic violence protection orders, food, diapers, clothing, and an advocacy center for family and children with a therapist on site, which offers advocacy-based counseling services with focus on children who are victims of abuse. The staff and volunteers support victims to become survivors of abuse through counseling, shelter, medical and legal advocacy; and methods of prevention and self-preservation, if prevention is not an option.

Outreaches at 50 different agencies, including police departments, hospitals and social service agencies, to help connect victims to domestic violence services.  Community advocates meet one-on-one with victims who are not staying at a shelter to educate them about domestic violence, discuss safety planning and provide counseling. Advocates coordinate with the criminal justice system and other service providers at the request of victims. Works with 17 police departments on the Eastside, making follow-up calls to any victim in a domestic violence police case who releases their name.  Child care may be available during advocate meetings.

Offers confidential emergency shelter and support services for abused women with or without children. Legal referral and advocacy-based counseling available to residents. Housing, food, clothing, case management, on-site pet therapy animals and other resources are also provided. Kennel and veterinarian services are available for residents' pets. Transportation is provided for intake and emergency appointments; also facilitates relocation of high-risk victims. Residents may also receive donated cars, minor car repairs.

Project DVORA works with survivors of domestic violence, specifically intimate partner violence. We help survivors who are currently involved in an abusive relationship, actively exiting an abusive relationship, or still experiencing abuse from a previous relationship (for example, co-parenting with an ex-partner). Advocates facilitate support groups and help survivors navigate the legal system, and share community resources. Our program also guides and empowers the Jewish community through prevention programs and trainings to local schools, rabbis, and other community leaders.

Provide direct, local services to victims of domestic violence, connecting survivors and families with the resources they need and breaking the cycle of violence. Works with individuals to develop an action plan to address their needs, offer advocacy-based counseling, and connect clients to appropriate resources to address their immediate crisis. Trained advocates support survivors with plans to stay safe in their current and future environment and connects survivors with resources that help them gain stability and well-being, including referrals.

YWCA Kitsap County offers Advocacy to survivors of domestic violence and their children. These services include: Family Advocacy, Case Management, Safety Planning, YWCA Programs Referrals, Community Resources and Referrals, *All services are FREE and confidential*

Provides advocacy-based counseling for victims of domestic violence.   Advocates meet with clients in a safe location to discuss safety planning, access resources, provide moral support and coordinate support groups. Safety is the primary concern for victims, their children, and the staff. Advocates do not meet clients in their homes and do not meet with couples.

Provides a three hour education class on the basic aspects of domestic violence. Courts often require participation in the clinic in order to have a No Contact Order lifted.

Provides information and support to survivors of domestic violence. Offers: - Counseling (insurance based and low and no cost) - Advocacy Referrals - Penny's Place Residential Program (by referral and application only)

Responds to non-criminal incidents and provide public safety related community service. Connects victims and people in need with resources.  Community Service Officers are the unarmed section of the police department; they will not respond to calls involving weapons or violent behavior.

Uses education, information and referral to strengthen families. Offers communication and life skills classes. Provides new parent support with Play Morning and Parenting classes. Also offers in-home support. Provides a Victim Advocacy and Sexual Assault Response Coordinator 24 hours daily at 253-966-SAFE (7233).

Advocates for and supports Native women during emergencies. Services include the following: - Emergency transportation for victims of domestic violence - Safety Planning - Public benefit application assistance - Advocacy with Indian Child Welfare, Domestic Violence Court, Tribal Courts. - Flexible financial assistance.

The YWCA Kitsap Domestic Violence Core Competency Training meets DSHS requirements to provide direct advocacy to DV clients. The training is also designed to increase knowledge and understanding of domestic violence dynamics. Organizes and facilitates 20-hr and 30-hour Domestic Violence Victim's Services Trainings throughout the year. Who should take this training? • Anyone who needs to meet the pre-service domestic violence training requirements for advocates • Allied professionals working with domestic violence survivors

Provides education, resources, consultation, counseling, and other support services for individuals, churches, homes, schools, and other organizations.

Outreach and community education about domestic violence is provided to employers, law enforcement personnel, health care and human service providers.   Also coordinates with Eastside services and systems to help keep the issues of domestic violence in the forefront of the community.
