Offers a variety of support services for survivors of prostitution, including support groups, counseling, case management, a drop-in center, art workshops and a men's accountability program.

Support Services for Individuals Exiting Exploitation and Human Trafficking offered at Scarlet Road Drop-in Center and Office
Support services, case management, mentoring, therapeutic support, employment and housing assistance for victims of sexual exploitation or human trafficking.
Serves individuals of all ages and genders who have experienced sex or labor trafficking/exploitation. This can be both legal and illegal forms of the industry. Provides a robust continuum of care, connects clients to resources, provides in-house case management support services and exit solutions for those leaving the sex industry.
Outreach Programs include: drop-in services, survivor-led outreach, safety planning and crisis intervention, screening for trafficking in incarceration spaces, training for service providers and first responders, and prevention in schools and beyond.
Aftercare Programming Offers comprehensive, holistic, evidence-based curriculum and support to those making the transition to a new and free life. Support services, case management, mentoring, peer support, therapeutic support, community building opportunities and groups, client directed goal setting, employment and housing assistance for victims of sexual exploitation or human trafficking.

Sex Trafficking & Exploitation Program (STEP) offered at Rebuilding Hope Sexual Assault Center
Youth and young adults who identify as having experienced Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) either in the present or past will be referred to a STRAPWA Case Manager. Case Managers will provide case management and unconditional support.
Youth and young adults who identify as having experienced Commercial Sexual Exploitation (CSE) either in the present or past will be referred to a STEP Case Manager.
Case Managers will provide case management and unconditional support as well as resources and referral for medical, legal, therapeutic and social services across Pierce County.
STEP also helps clients who have experienced CSE or high-risk youth get access to computers, hygiene products, shower facilities, food, and some clothing items as needed.
Case Management services also provided to family members, friends and those impacted.
Goal of STEP is to enhance client services by actively connecting CSE victim/survivors with supportive systems in the community that can assist them by increasing safety and promoting self-sufficiency.

Community Outreach and Education offered at Scarlet Road Various Drop-in Centers and Office
Offers community education to community groups, High Schools, high risk populations, service providers, and first responders about human trafficking throughout Kitsap and Mason County.
Offers community education training to increase awareness, safety and support to our community members and specialized education and referral training to local service providers and first responders throughout Kitsap and Mason County. Provides prevention program and education to local high, middle, alternative, and elementary schools, and for high risk populations throughout the Peninsula. This curriculum provides a safe and effective avenue for youth to engage and seek support.
