Coordinates civil arbitration program. All civil and non-domestic cases involving claims of $100,000 or less are eligible for the Superior Court Civil Arbitration Program including property or personal injury, motor vehicle torts, contract disputes, breach of warranty, collection, real estate, and other related conflicts. If a party does not accept the arbitrator's decision, they may request a trial before the Superior Court.
