Provides technical assistance to more than 60 member schools to support management of their cooperative preschool programs. Aids member schools in preventing and solving management problems, assists in establishing cooperative preschools, and provides ongoing communication opportunities for member schools. The organization also helps families find local cooperative preschools. Sponsors an annual conference for parents and teachers, as well as enrichment events such as parent education, concerts, and anniversary celebrations. The organization does not provide any direct preschool services.

For parents receiving outpatient drug or alcohol treatment. Provides free childcare placement services for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Serves parents in Spokane County, allowing them attend outpatient substance abuse treatment groups, individual or group support meetings, and more.
