Community education and training opportunities about dementia and memory loss are available for community members, businesses, and medical professionals. Local resources and supports are also available for people living with dementia and their care takers.

Provides complex medical care for older adults who are frail and have multiple medical conditions. Offers memory loss and dementia assessments, care coordination, disease management and health education as it pertains to geriatric care.

Provides comprehensive medical care for seniors by geriatricians.   Also offers memory loss evaluation and a dementia management clinic.

Offers support groups for those caring for people living with dementia, including a support group for children caring for parents with dementia. Coordinates dementia friendly events in the community. Offers memory screenings for anyone concerned about memory loss or experiencing warning signs of dementia; whose family and friends have noticed changes in them; or who believe they are at risk due to a family history of Alzheimer’s disease or a related illness. Provides classes and seminars that provide an overview of dementia where participants can learn about care options, resources, brain and hearing health, community supports, and practical tools for navigating each stage.
