Mobile unit provides free screenings for vision, hearing, glaucoma, diabetes and blood pressure to more than 30,000 adults and schoolchildren annually.   Unit travels throughout Washington and Northern Idaho and is staffed by volunteer Lions Club members and health professionals.

We will work with you to troubleshoot challenging communication situations and guide you towards successful interactions. Operates a senior center that offers community dining, crafts, health services, and recreation activities. - Congregate dining: provides a congregate daily lunch for seniors, soup and sandwich on M-W, and a dinner club every third Th. - Health services: offers blood pressure checks, blood sugar testing, fitness classes, Zumba classes, Pilates, and driver refresher courses. - Recreation activities: billiards/pool, bridge, cribbage, line dancing, pinochle, crafts, computer lab, among others.

Provides comprehensive primary and specialty care for babies, children and young people to age 21.   Offers   -  Well-child check-ups and health screenings -  Diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses -  Developmental screenings -  School and sports examinations -  Adoption medicine consults -  Evaluations for both pre-and-post-adoption -  Environmental health consults -  Health care management for chronically ill or disabled children -  Guidance on behavioral and parenting concerns from a social worker and infant/child mental health nurse practitioner -  Physical examinations -  Hearing, vision and other screening and evaluations

Provides refurbished hearing aids as well as hearing tests. Works with audiologists who have agreed to the terms of the program and donated their time at a reduced rate.

Provides comprehensive and up-to-date birth and family education at the most affordable price for pregnant women and their families. Program offers a full spectrum of classes covering pregnancy through parenting teens and is taught by certified childbirth educators. Learn what to expect during pregnancy and labor, parenting skills for newborn, young child, or teen, and you'll meet other people experiencing some of the same joys and challenges that go along with being a mom or dad. Support groups are also available.

Provides eye and hearing screenings, eyeglasses, and hearing aids to those in need. Donations of used eyeglasses and hearing aids are accepted by the Northwest Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center (Olympia, WA) or any Lions Club, which are sorted, cleaned, and prepared for distribution within the community.

Helps low-income individuals in getting one behind the ear hearing aid.
