Helps children ages birth to three reach developmental milestones. Families are matched with a Family Resource Coordinator and a team of specialists to help parents and children in any of the following areas: nutrition and feeding, play skills, sleep, speech and language, fine and grass motor skills and behavioral and emotional development, as needed. All interventions rely on evidence-based practice and are offered in the family's home. Program uses a parent coaching model, providing regular education and support to caregivers as they navigate their child's care. Staff support the whole family's needs by providing resources and advocating for both the child and the family.

Offers comprehensive pediatric care and well-child exams for infants, children, and teenagers.

Provides a safety net for children involved in the child welfare system by ensuring their developmental and social-emotional needs are identified and addressed. It also strengthens relationships so that parents and caregivers can better work together for their child’s success. By supporting a child’s entire care team, CHERISH positively transforms a child’s developmental trajectory, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Supports children and their families with milestones like walking, talking, eating, playing and learning. Offers developmental evaluations with team evaluation, regular re-evaluations and communication with child's physician. Treatment includes year-round special education, physical, occupational therapy and speech therapy provided in natural environments. Individualized service plans address motor, behavioral, social, cognitive, feeding and speech/communication skills in accordance with family concerns and priorities. Family support and social work services are also offered.

Provides general pediatric care for children ages birth-17. Services may include newborn assessments and ongoing care, well-child checks, immunizations, and complete adolescent care.

The Early Childhood Services at OlyCAP are focused on addressing the needs of families with children age five and younger.  Preschool, early childhood development, child care and family support services are offered at sites throughout Clallam and Jefferson counties.  Children enrolled receive a developmental screening, an individualized learning plan, at least two meals each day and an active learning experience on days they attend the center.  In addition to children services, each family enrolled receives support in accessing medical and dental care for their child, parenting education, home visits and help with finding needed services or resources in the community. Head Start/Early Head Start Head Start and Early Head Start programs promote school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to enrolled children and families.  The program strives to engage parents in their children’s leaning and help them in making progress toward their educational, literacy and employment goals.  Additionally, the Early Head Start program promotes healthy prenatal outcomes, promotes healthy family functioning, and strengthens the development of infants and toddlers. Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program is a whole-child, family-focused pre-school program designed to help low-income and at-risk children and their families succeed in school and life.  Because of the many factors that affect a child’s learning ability and development, ECEAP has four interactive components.  They are: learning in a pre-school setting, health screening and assistance with follow-up medical and dental care, healthy snacks and meals, and family support including help accessing resources and social service. The Tribe operates the Jamestown Family Health Clinic in the City of Sequim to provide primary health care services to Tribal citizens and non tribal community members seeking quality care. The medical providers at the clinic have a number of specialties including preventative care for all ages, disease management for chronic medical conditions, women's health issues, family planning, and can refer to specialists as needed.

The Everett Clinic's ADHD Clinic is a community-based, specialty clinic led by Ron Okialda, ARNP. It focused on personalized care to evaluate, monitor and manage pediatric patients who may have ADHD. Treatment focuses on improving quality of life by treating the behavioral issues that can interfere with learning and socialization.

Offers developmental evaluations to parents who have concerns about a child's development. Evaluations are completed by trained professionals and consider a child's speech, social behaviors, attention span, play, self-care, vision, hearing and overall behavior. Comprehensive developmental evaluations are available for children ages birth-6. For children under age 3, there are no out-of-pocket expense to determine eligibility for the early support program.

Provides general health care services including family practice, internal medicine, women's health, general surgery, diabetes management, well childcare, immunizations, and walk-in clinic (same day care).

Offers early support services for families of children with disabilities, and assessments for children birth to 3 years of age that may have developmental concerns. Services can include Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Early Childhood Special Education, Social Worker, Infant Mental Health, ABA, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Registered Dietitian, and Family Resources Coordination.  The Infant Toddler Program is certified by the State of Washington as the following:   Neurodevelopmental Program by the Department of Health, Early Support Provider Agency by DCYF, Developmental Disabilities Center through DSHS, Holly Ridge Center is Early Support Services Provider Program for Kitsap County and part of North Mason County (North Mason School District area).

Offers a wide range of services including primary care, well-child visits and developmental screenings, confidential teen services, and mental health services. Many services are available via telehealth. Pediatric team provides trauma informed care and ensures timely access to care for children in foster and kinship care. Specialty services are also available through the Pediatric Clinic, including dental screenings, head injury follow-up care, and access to the Foster Care Consultation Clinic.

Contracts with agencies in the community to provide services for residents of Whatcom County with developmental disabilities and their families. Child Development Services: Supports infants and toddlers with disabilities and delays and their families to maximize and enhance their child’s development. Services are provided in home and community settings. School to Work program: Connects students with adult supported employment providers while they are still in school to assist students to explore and obtain gainful employment and ensure a timely and effective transition from school to work and adult life. Supported Employment Services: Helps adults with developmental disabilities to find and keep a job, regardless of their disability. Community Inclusion: Supports adults with developmental disabilities to engage in community-based activities that support socialization, education, recreation and personal development.

Provides physical, occupational, and speech therapies, autism therapy, feeding and nutrition services, audiology, and neurodevelopmental assessments.

A public health nurse is able to provide referrals and coordination of services for children with special health care needs such as asthma, cleft lip and palate, and speech or language delays. The public health nurse can assess a child's needs, make referrals, and work with agencies to help.  Services may be accessed by telephone or a home visit.

Strives to provide the finest primary care services including but not limited to:  - Adult medicine (preventive care, acute illnesses, hospital, and nursing home care).   - Pediatric medicine (well child, preventive, acute illnesses, and hospital care).   - Obstetrical medicine (low and high risk obstetrics).   - Special procedures include circumcision, vasectomy, colonoscopy, tubal ligation after childbirth, colposcopy, upper GI endoscopy, skin biopsy, cryosurgery, endometrial biopsies, audiograms, and more!   More than the above, we also seek to provide each of our patients with a "medical home", that is, a safe place within the health care system where they are known, respected, and their health and well being is protected. We can treat you when you are ill but we would rather help keep you well.

Provides navigation services for parents and caregivers with children up to the age of 5. Helps clients navigate complex systems in order to solve complex issues and prevent them from happening again. Available in English and Spanish.

Offers a free program for children, ages birth through 18, who have or are at-risk of a chronic medical condition or special health care need. The program helps families access needed medical and social services for their child, connects families to health insurance programs & information (both private insurance & the state-funded Medicaid program), helps families help each other through parent support organizations, helps with concerns (such as feeding, nutrition, growth, development, and behavior), and provides developmental screening and assessment.

Facilitates play-centered classes for toddlers and their parents based on developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate brain development. Developmental screenings are available. Integrates infants and toddlers with disabilities. Classes are available at other community locations as well as the Early Learning Center.

Provides services to children from birth through age 12 with developmental delays, disabilities, and prenatal substance exposure. Helps children meet healthy developmental milestones. Direct service providers are uniquely trained to provide trauma- and FASD-informed care. Supplemental programs include free Play & Learn Groups for children of all abilities, 0-5 years.
