Offers screenings throughout the year to help identify children birth to 3 years old who may need special services. Special services can include occupational, physical and/or speech therapies, or a specialized early childhood program. Screenings will not show conclusively that a child has special needs, but it will indicate if he or she may need further assessment.

Supports infants and toddlers experiencing delays or disabilities relating to cognitive, communication, physical, social-emotional, and/or self-help development. Early intervention includes screening and evaluation, service coordination, therapy, and education for the child and family. Services are provided to every eligible family, regardless of their ability to pay.

Provides a series of developmental screenings to make sure a baby’s development is on track, postpartum depression screenings, parent coaching and follow up via email or phone. Screenings start when the baby is 2 months old. The developmental screenings look at how a child is doing in areas such as language and movement. Parent and child will be actively involved, completing activities together to "answer" the questions. The parent will have time to ask questions, and the results of the screening as well as activities to support future development will be provided at the end of the appointment. If areas of concern arise, the screener will either provide information for a referral or set up a follow-up visit.

Supports school readiness through play-based parent-child early learning activities and providing children's books and educational tools for home use. Provides 9 early learning events for parents and children birth through kindergarten and their siblings. Offers: - Free children’s books including books addressing diversity and inclusion, socioemotional needs, and relationship skills - Information on age appropriate learning targets - Developmental screening and intervention - Tool kits for home use - Written materials in English and Spanish Events are monthly through the school year.

Provides advocates who can offer support and child rearing guidance. Also offers developmental screenings, play and learn groups, family fun nights, and information and referral to outside resources. May also provide diapers on an emergency basis.

Provides comprehensive primary and specialty care for babies, children and young people to age 21.   Offers   -  Well-child check-ups and health screenings -  Diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses -  Developmental screenings -  School and sports examinations -  Adoption medicine consults -  Evaluations for both pre-and-post-adoption -  Environmental health consults -  Health care management for chronically ill or disabled children -  Guidance on behavioral and parenting concerns from a social worker and infant/child mental health nurse practitioner -  Physical examinations -  Hearing, vision and other screening and evaluations

Determines eligibility for early intervention services.   This includes an Individual Family Service Plan of goals and a full developmental assessment/screen in five areas of development as well as any developmental area of concern.  

The Bridge program offers immediate supports to children birth to 48 months who did not qualify for ESIT or came as a late referral (34-48 months), and those whose continuity of care was impacted by the transition out of Early Supports and need short-term services and help connecting to their next program.

Provides pediatric, occupational, physical, speech, early intervention, play-based, and specialty therapy programs.

Supports children and their families with milestones like walking, talking, eating, playing and learning. Offers developmental evaluations with team evaluation, regular re-evaluations and communication with child's physician. Treatment includes year-round special education, physical, occupational therapy and speech therapy provided in natural environments. Individualized service plans address motor, behavioral, social, cognitive, feeding and speech/communication skills in accordance with family concerns and priorities. Family support and social work services are also offered.

Provides a wide rage of services for children with special and developmental healthcare needs and their families. Integrates physical health, behavior, mental health, and educational services to optimize daily life for the child and family. Provides Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnostic clinic, behavioral and developmental evaluations, cleft lip and palate program, infant and toddler early intervention, medical specialty clinics, nurse family partnership, pediatric dental services, therapy services, speech and language therapy, genetics program, and family support.

Offers a variety of Early Childhood programs, serving children up to Kindergarten age. Most programs are at no-cost, and provide several supports to the family. Screening: Offers free developmental screenings on an on-going basis throughout the school year. Children with Special Needs: Offers developmental evaluation in cognition, communication, motor, social and adaptive skills. Students who qualify for specially designed instruction may receive support from special education preschool teachers, speech/language therapists, occupational/physical therapists, and other specialists based on the child's needs. Provides preschool. No tuition for preschool students with special needs. Early Support Services Provides services to children with developmental delays between birth and age 3. Serves children living in district boundaries and their families. Program options can include home visits, Toddler Groups, therapy appointments and parenting education programs. Preschool Programs Offers preschools at several elementary schools. Some spots are reserved for Non-Disabled Peers.
