Provides low-cost refurbished medical equipment to improve mobility, independence and recovery/rehabilitation.   Donated items are cleaned and repaired before they are made available to those in need.   Items generally available include:   -  Wheelchairs and scooters -  Crutches -  Bath benches & chairs -  Bedside commodes   -  Hospital beds -  Walkers -  Raised toilet seats -  CPAP machines   Other items are may also be available, depending on donations.

Provides a center for seniors to come together for meals and recreational activities. Also accepts medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, walkers, toilet aids, etc., that are then loaned to seniors.

Lends durable medical supplies for individuals in need to improve mobility. Items may include: wheelchairs, crutches, bathroom equipment, scooters, canes, and walkers.

Offers cost-effective in-home care services as an alternative to facility-based nursing, enabling them to maintain their independence in their own homes. In-home care services provide consumers on-going assistance with activities of daily living, which may include services like: bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping, errands/transportation, and medication reminders. These supportive services can be arranged for any frequency of time, from one to twenty-four hours of care daily, or on a respite or temporary basis. Addus works with clients, their families and other relevant health care providers to customize care plans, designed to keep individuals safe, healthy and independent at home. These services are funded through a variety of sources, including: Medicaid waiver programs, long-term care insurance, veterans benefits, private pay, and other location-specific social service programs.

Offers older adults a medical equipment lending closet of wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, tub seats, etc.

Loans walkers, wheelchairs, canes and other medical aids to older adults when equipment is available. Accepts donations of medical aids as well.

Provides a location for seniors to gather and participate in recreational activities and have hot meals for a small suggested donations. Loans durable medical equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, etc. Equipment is loaned and should be returned once it is no longer needed.
