Also accepts and processes Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program applications for eligible seniors, run Second Harvest Mobile Market (bringing groceries directly to families, children and seniors in need), and operate Bite2Go weekend meal programs for students. Strength, Balance and Fitness Classes: Free group fitness classes like “Tai Ji Quan Movement for Better Balance”, and “Stay Active and independent for Life (SAIL)”, allow participants to learn about the importance of exercise in preventing falls with practice exercises to improve strength, coordination, and balance. Have fun with others while improving your strength and balance by signing up for classes.
