Also offers free STD testing/treatment for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea for those who are sexually active. Provides thorough education on all STD's. Provides oral antibiotic treatment for positive results, in some cases the infection may require further treatment which is only done at a doctor's office; in that case the client would be referred to their doctor. Consent from a legal guardian is required for any client under the age of 14 to receive STD testing and/or treatment.

Connexions presentations create a safe space for conversation which opens doors for youth/young adults by equipping and empowering them to think critically about healthy relationships as they plan, prepare, and think about their futures.

Relationship and sexual health education.  Provides speakers who go to both public and private middle and senior high schools throughout Skagit County and present a class advocating abstinence.  Speakers explain the physical risks of premarital sex, such as sexually transmitted disease and/or unplanned pregnancy; and discuss the emotional and psychological aspects of premarital sex.
