Primary health care, Women's preventative health examinations, sports physicals, other physicals, family care, diagnosis and referral; WIC, immunizations, HIV/AIDS advocacy, fitness promotion, chiropractic services, clinic follow-up and monitoring; medication pick up, patient/client transport, health education, outreach and prevention services; diabetes education and prevention services.

The Center offers general outpatient clinic services. Provides general comprehensive medical and dental, mental health and substance abuse counseling, WIC, family planning, community health outreach (CHR) and health education.

The Tribe operates the Jamestown Family Health Clinic in the City of Sequim to provide primary health care services to Tribal citizens and non tribal community members seeking quality care. The medical providers at the clinic have a number of specialties including preventative care for all ages, disease management for chronic medical conditions, women's health issues, family planning, and can refer to specialists as needed.

Provides medical services, including physical examinations, family planning, well child exams, immunizations, chronic disease supervision, limited lab services, medication management, nutrition counseling, diabetes screening and management, health education, and women's health. A benefits counselor is available to assist tribal members in locating and applying for benefits, such as Social Security, veteran benefits, Medicaid, and prescription drug programs.

Specialties include life skills training, parenting, anger management groups, and weekend parent education workshops.
