Northwest Organization for Animal Help (NOAH) is dedicated to stopping the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable and treatable homeless dogs and cats.  We are committed to high quality spay and neuter programs available for low income residents, family friendly pet adoptions, humane education, and volunteer programs through our state-of-the-art facilities and spay/neuter center.    Animals may be housed on-site or off-site at the PetCo or Pet Smart in Marysville. Off-site locations only accept cash. Available animals can be view through the NOAH website.

Our cat adoption and rehabilitation programs help us place homeless cats, including those with special needs, in loving homes. We believe that every cat is adoptable; some just need more time than others to find the right match. Our ultimate goal is to place them, but these cats have a loving home in our Arlington sanctuary for as long as they need us.

Spokanimal operates an adoption center and provides shelter and handles over 700 animals per month. The animals in the Adoption Center are a combination of strays and owner turn-ins.

A no-kill organization that assists in finding responsible owners for pets who are currently or about to become homeless (for example, if an individual is entering an extended care facility that does not allow animals). Maintains a list of adoptable pets but does not have an animal shelter or provide temporary foster care. Also provides referrals to low-cost spay/neuter programs.

Facilitates the adoption of animals living in the shelter.  Adopted animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, licensed, microchipped, and dewormed.

Provides adoption services for cats and kittens.

The Lewis County animal shelter takes in stray and unwanted dogs and cats from Lewis County. Stray animals are returned to an owner or adopted if no owner claims the animal within the legal hold period. Adoption fees include mandatory spay/neuter and vaccinations. Provides adoption center for dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens in need of new homes. Animals awaiting adoption come from local shelters to help ensure that as many adoptable animals as possible are placed into homes.

Provides a free-roam shelter for cats and a foster program for cats and dogs. Also has cat adoptions and foster-to-adopt dogs. Public surrender intakes are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Administers a local, non-profit, all volunteer organization which operates a limited foster/adoption program. Adoption centers are held at the main location on and at PetSmart.

Offers pet adoption services to place stray or abandoned animals into new homes and families.

Offers an animal adoption program through a no-kill shelter. Costs for pets include fees for immunizations, spay/neutering, medical care, worming/fleas, and microchipping.

Places all sheltered animals up for adoption. Website includes pictures and backgrounds for all animals in need of adoption.

Offers pet adoptions, community humane education, pet behavior advice, low-cost spay/neuter assistance (cats only), pet food assistance, pet licensing, pet loss support, stray pet intake, emergency boarding, and other resources.

Assists in finding foster homes for displaced animals, care for abused animals, return lost animals to owners, no-kill animal sheltering and adoptions, and find permanent homes for animals without owners.

Operates an animal shelter and offers subsidized spay/neuter services. Adopts out animals and provide animal control and sheltering services to contracted municipalities.

Facilitates the adoption of stray and surrendered dogs and cats. All dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.   Operates a monthly pet food pantry. Pet owners may apply for monthly pet food or one-time emergency assistance for 30 days worth of supplies. Pays up to $500 in vet bills to low-income Auburn residents. Provides temporary housing and care for owned pets if the owner is temporarily unable to care for their pets.

All dogs and cats adopted from the Everett Animal Shelter are spayed or neutered and have their first set of vaccinations to include rabies if they are old enough. Additionally, adopted animals are microchipped, receive a 30 day flea treatment, deworming medication, 30 days of pet insurance, and a collar and lead.

Offers an open-admission animal shelter that accepts stray, abandoned, abused, neglected, or surrendered pets. Facilitates the adoption of unwanted animals living in the shelter.
