Provides mental health support for parents and birthing people coping with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through connection, information and resources. Support Programs offered at Washington State Fathers Network
Connects men who have a child(ren) with special needs in their lives through support groups and social activities, some for just men, others that are family oriented. Maintains local chapters around the state.
Supports those who identify as male and have a child with a disability or special health care need through a network of chapters around the state.
3 focus areas:
- Connecting these individuals through support groups and social activities while also providing resources and webinars
- Raising the voices of these men through activities such as podcasts, articles, conference panels, presentations and trainings on advocacy

A a course for family members, partners and supportive friends of an adult (17 and over) living with a mental illness. It is designed to help all family members understand and support their loved one living with mental illness, while maintaining their own well-being. It includes information on the illnesses such as bi-polar, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety disorders, ADD/ADHD, borderline personality disorder, schizo- affective disorder, and other mental health conditions. Also covered are treatment options, medications, empathy, communication, advocacy, self-care, and more.

Fatherhood Programs offered at InterCultural Children & Family Services
Helps African American fathers increase involvement in the lives of their children. Specialized programs available for fathers with children in out-of-home care, fathers 18-24, and fathers involved in the criminal justice system.
Father Engagement:
Provides fathers with information about the child welfare systems, the courts, child support, and to increase parenting skills. Engages the fathers of children who are placed in out-of-home care and increases the father’s involvement in the lives of their children.
Fathers in Transition:
Assists African American fathers who have been involved with the criminal justice system by providing employment and housing so they can positively impact the lives of their children and the community. Case managers and peer mentors meet with fathers weekly to provide support, community resources, housing and employment. Must also participate in Father Engagement.
Young Bulls Fatherhood Academy:
Weekly support services include one-on-one case management, life skills coaching, and workshops that provide access to and information about community resources, housing, employment opportunities, apprenticeship programs, and behavioral health services. Also supplies basic needs such as gas cards, food, bus passes, diapers, wipes and clothing.
