Family Behavioral Health is an integrated, intensive service area within CCS providing care using a "Wraparound" (Individualized and Tailored) approach. Services are designed for children/youth and families with multiple and complex needs, severe histories and who tend to be involved with multiple child-serving systems. Excelsior’s WISe+ program provides enhanced WISe services as established by the Department of Social and Health Services. It serves families of youth up to 21 years of age with complex behavioral health needs who could benefit from a high higher level of care or are at risk of out-of-home placement. Families are supported by a dedicated Care Coordinator, Family and/or Youth Partner, Mental Health Clinician, and a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.

Certified SUD professional will meet with client to discuss their unique circumstances, including substance use history, mental health, and personal goals. Work together to create a tailored care plan that addresses client's individual needs, whether that’s inpatient treatment, outpatient support, counseling, or other resources. Offers peer support, a recovery cafe, and individual and group therapy. Wrap around services provide access to a wide range of resources, including transportation, peer mentoring, employment assistance, mental health support, and more.
