Provides a 0% interest loan for emergency side sewer repairs for city of Seattle residents.

ONLY METHOW VALLEY RESIDENTS. Assists families and individuals with emergency rental and utility assistance once a year. May also help with minor car & home repairs (call first to verify).

The Home Rehabilitation Grant Program (HRGP) provides funding to assist individuals with home-repair improvements that address health, safety and durability issues in homes in rural areas. Grants are available to low-income homeowners who reside in eligible rural areas of Washington state. Interested households must apply and qualify for the program through one of the participating rehabilitation agencies listed below. Priority is given to seniors, disabled residents, families with children under five years old, and veterans.

Provides loans and grants for low- to moderate-income, owner-occupied homes for necessary major health and safety repairs.   Deferred loans provide up to $34,000 in no-interest loans to low-income homeowners (must live in residence) for major health and safety repairs (as determined by an inspector). Loan is expected to be repaid at the time the home is: - Sold, or title transferred - Refinanced - No longer primary residence Emergency Grants provide up to $9,000 for owner-occupied homes with life-threatening repair needs. Grants are not repaid. Mobile Homeowner Grant Program offers up to $11,000 for emergency repairs to owner-occupied mobile homes without ownership in the land on which the mobile home is located. Home Access Modification Program (HAM) provides grants to make accessibility modifications to rental units for tenants with disabilities.

Provides zero-interest home repair loans to low- and moderate-income Bellevue homeowners. Deferred Payment Loan:   - No-interest loans are available for repairs relating to health and safety improvements.   - The maximum loan amount is $35,000 and does not have to be repaid until the homeowner moves or the home is sold.   Emergency Grant:   - Gives financial assistance to repair health and safety hazards needing immediate attention.   - The maximum grant is $1,500 and does not need to be repaid.   Weatherization Grant:   - Funds are offered in conjunction with Washington State's Energy Matchmaker Program. - Eligible repairs are restricted to insulation and heating systems.   - The maximum grant is $3,000 and does not need to be repaid.   Rental Rehabilitation Loan:   - No-interest loans are available for repairs relating to health and safety improvements to rental units.   - Loans can be made for single family rental property owners if the tenants meet the program's income requirements.   - Terms are the same for Leveraged Loans.   Leveraged Loan: - No-interest loans are available for repairs relating to health and safety improvements to moderate-income homeowners.   - The maximum loan amount is $17,500 and does not have to be repaid until the home is sold.   - Loans are matched dollar for dollar with homeowner contributions.   Grant programs hire contractors and vendors to complete repairs on behalf of homeowner; no grant money is given directly to client.

Provides an opportunity for families to build and buy their own homes. The houses are sold at no profit to homeowner families, who provide sweat equity labor to help build the houses. Also, offers a repair program for those in the 20-60% average medium income to helps with health and safety related repairs like roofs, ramps, ADA, leaking pipes, etc.

Assist households with the challenges of buying and keeping a home. Offers pre-purchase counseling and education and a down payment assistance loan program.

Offers homeowners access to loans to replace failing septic systems. These loans are designed to pay for all costs associated with the project, including: - Septic system design. - Relevant permit. - Installation of the new septic system. - Ongoing maintenance. - Essential safety measures, such as those to prevent children from falling into septic tanks. Special rates and deferred payment options may be available for homeowners with lower incomes.
