Provides individuals who are both deaf and blind with access to videophones (VP) and video relay services (VRS) via a skilled signer who copies sign language from the on-screen caller into either tactile or close-version sign language.

Provides a resource and service center which includes an ASL/deaf culture resource library, special equipment store, public video phone, internet/computer access, and hosts events, workshops, presentations, and a monthly legal clinic. Also offers a variety of services through their community programs, including deaf senior citizen social groups, education and training, business meetings, ASL classes, craft classes, workshops, and case management which includes advocacy, communication assistance, peer counseling, and housing assistance.
