An online resource designed to help individuals navigate the emotional challenges of divorce. Learn self-care strategies and practical skills for maintaining positive relationships with children and co-parents. Engaging videos and additional resources provide support throughout the process.

Provides online parenting classes for ages 0-16, with a certificate of completion. Hardcopy and ebook materials are available and some classes may be eligible as court ordered parenting class requirements.

Alexandria’s House is a transitional living facility for pregnant and parenting teenagers and their babies. The home has five furnished bedrooms, three bathrooms as well as shared kitchen, living and laundry facilities. Alexandria’s House offers comprehensive case management and 24-hour staff supervision and is licensed by the state of Washington.

Offers the Parent-Child Plus Program, which is a home visiting literacy program for children, age 2, and their parents.

The program is specifically designed for families facing difficult life circumstances and parents who desire to develop family-building skills. Parenting Class: Parents learn the Positive Behavior Intervention Supports system, used by many school districts. Parents have the opportunity to connect on a deeper level not only with their own families, but with their peers. Kids Groups: Kids learn the life skills necessary to understand, talk about, and cope with what is happening in their lives in healthy, positive ways. Kids meet at the same time as Parenting Class.

This 12-week parenting program is intended to improve the lives of children by promoting healthy father-child relationships and increasing positive male involvement.   Based on the award winning curriculum "Nurturing Father" this program examines the roots of father, child development, balancing work and father, and conflict resolution.

Father Engagement: Provides fathers with information about the child welfare systems, the courts, child support, and to increase parenting skills. Engages the fathers of children who are placed in out-of-home care and increases the father’s involvement in the lives of their children. Fathers in Transition: Assists African American fathers who have been involved with the criminal justice system by providing employment and housing so they can positively impact the lives of their children and the community. Case managers and peer mentors meet with fathers weekly to provide support, community resources, housing and employment. Must also participate in Father Engagement. Young Bulls Fatherhood Academy: Weekly support services include one-on-one case management, life skills coaching, and workshops that provide access to and information about community resources, housing, employment opportunities, apprenticeship programs, and behavioral health services. Also supplies basic needs such as gas cards, food, bus passes, diapers, wipes and clothing.

Offers resources for parents of children with disabilities. Includes Father's Network, for fathers of children with disabilities; and SibShops, for siblings of children with disabilities. Provides a series of culturally relevant parent education classes and individual counseling sessions with parents who are experiencing parenting challenges. Classes are available to the general public and focus on child development, stress and anger management, nutrition, health and safety, communication, self-esteem and behavior.

Offers supportive services for parents and caregivers to build loving bonds with their children preparing them for healthy futures. Essential Needs: - Provides diapers of various sizes, wipes and formula based on availability. Can receive additional supplies every 30 days. - Provides clothing sizes newborn to 2T every 60 days. Takes up to two business days to fill order. - Offers other essential items every 60 days such as Baby bathtub, stroller, highchair, etc. based on availability. Parenting Classes: - Circle of Security teaches parents to identify, understand and respond to their child's emotional needs. The 8-week course is offered quarterly for caregivers of children aged six months to five years. - Baby Care 101 is a course providing expectant and newly parenting caregivers education and tools to learn how to care for their new baby. - Toddler Care 202 is an interactive parenting series that covers child development, nutrition, sleep, potty-training, and more. - Also offers an interactive music class for children ages birth-5 to attend with their caregiver. Pregnancy and Parenting Support: Offers a weekly drop-in social support group for moms with children up to age 5. Childcare is provided. ​Offers parents the opportunity to have parent support, goal setting, and community resources to help them be the parent they want to be with support from our compassionate circle of security-trained case manager. Families with children ages 3-5 can access Education Support to work on kindergarten readiness. Adults may receive ESL support. Matches with an experienced mentor who’s been through the challenges of parenting. Receive one on one mentorship, non-judgemental support, guidance, and friendship. A faith-based organization that provides free information and referrals to those experiencing unplanned pregnancies. Services include pregnancy testing, pro-life counseling, parenting support, and community referrals. Does not recommend or refer to abortion services.

Facilitates one-on-one meetings with a parenting mentor, who can help clients set up a class schedule and meet for individual parenting training sessions and encouragement. Separate mentoring available for mothers and fathers. Classes meet court requirements. Topics include: -  Nurturing relationships. -  Safe places -  Healthy start -  Effective education Clients enrolled and participating in the parenting program may be eligible for additional support. Participants earn "Care Net Cash" which they can use to shop in the baby boutique, which has items like diapers, formula, clothing and baby furniture including car seats and cribs. Limited one-time assistance provided for non-participants.

This family participation parenting program is designed to increase the health of families by helping parents develop their parenting skills. Throughout the 6-week class, group members share parenting strengths and identify areas for personal growth. Class combines discussion, lectures, group activities and the positive social support of peers to address common parenting concerns. Intended to strengthen families by providing information, resources and an opportunity for parents to connect with each other. Classes are offered in collaboration with schools and generally meet weekly for two hours an evening over a 6-week time period. Class topics vary, but generally include the following topics: - Realistic Family Expectations or Fairy Tale Families, - Child Development, - Family Communication, - Anger Management, - Methods for Managing Stress, and - Effective Discipline and Guidance tools. Classes are offered at a variety of locations, and are free to participants. Free child care is provided and usually a light, well balanced dinner.

Provides a 4-hour parenting seminar every third Thursday of the month.
