Provide social skills groups, summer programs, coaching and other services for neurodiverse children, adolescents and young adults, and their families.   Through consultation with parents, teachers and providers, helps students develop tools and confidence to navigate the social world. Provides coaching, tutoring and young adult transition services that leverage the work done in groups and summer programs.   Program can be used as an early intervention option or an aftercare resource.

Works to eliminate barriers for children and young adults, ages 0-Adults, that have a developmental disorder, chronic healthcare needs, or cancer in Pacific Northwest communities. Provides access to resources, parent education, development of programs that encourage play, socializations, support systems, and community collaborations with entities that put children's needs first.

Provides counseling for individuals, couples and families for a variety of needs. This may include premarital counseling, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, co-occurring disorders, abuse, trauma, domestic violence, parenting, self-esteem, life transitions, communication, healthy relationships, blended families and more.

Helps individuals of ALL abilities to discover, obtain, and sustain meaningful employment. Services are provided to individuals of all disabilities. Services may include skill development, assessment of vocational skills, goal development, job development, job shadows, work experiences, job placement, job coaching, employment retention support, and assistance to obtain and maintain successful employment.
