Serves families with quality, positive education and fun activities for school-age children in an inclusive, safe and nurturing environment.  Activities include homework/tutoring, arts and crafts, games, sports and other recreational opportunities. Offers unique programming to Teens, including Advisory Teen Council, service learning opportunities and field trips.

Provides a fun and engaging environment while at the same time promoting summer learning retention for children entering grades K-6. Actual summer locations may change from year-to-year.

Camp Kirby is a traditional youth camp with emphasis on an outdoor living experience, building self-worth, confidence and individual growth, and having fun in a safe environment.

Kent Parks offers an inclusive day camp for children with disabilities as part of our Camp WALKAPALA day camp program. WALKAPALA Too is led by Adaptive Recreation Program Coordinator Lara Castillo and space is extremely limited; campers must be entering grades 4-6 in Fall 2025 (currently in grades 3-5). WALKAPALA Too offers a safe, memorable, and entertaining experience full of friends and fun. Each day is filled with a variety of sports, games, arts and crafts, songs, and activities to keep campers active and engaged all summer long. Fees include all camp activities, field trip admission fees, afternoon snack, and one camp t-shirt per child for the summer. Kent School District offers a free lunch daily or you may send a sack lunch with your child. All field trips are subject to change. The first week of camp is also subject to change, based on the last day of school for Kent School District.

Operates a week-long overnight Christian faith-based summer camp in Eatonville, Washington.

Residential summer camps for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Children will work with a counselor (one for every one or two children), providing individual attention. Summer camp is one week in length.

Summer camps include field trips, swimming, computers, reading, music, games, arts and crafts and more. Children are grouped by age. Camp counselor training program teaches teens the skills needed to become a camp counselor.

Offers academic and cultural camps during summer and spring break, focusing on math, science, and Native culture. The Ninth Grade Counts camp helps students understand high school graduation requirements, explore college and career options, and learn about Native American art, teachings, and science. Students also meet college students, staff, and Native professionals to learn about different careers.

Provides a community events calendar, magazine, and website which offers information about parent support groups, children's playgroups, family activities and enrichment, camps, and listings of kid-friendly events in Portland, Oregon.

Provides experiences in education and conservation, botanical gardens, classes, lectures, overnights, volunteer experiences for adults and teens, outreach to schools and retirement centers, and summer concerts.

Week-long summer camp for children affected by a parent's cancer that provides a peer-based support network. Activities include games, arts and crafts, sports, water activities, and adventures in nature. Camp is staffed by screened and trained college students. Camp nurse is on-site at all times to care for any injury or illness and to issue prescribed medications as needed. The chapter of Camp Kesem that runs camps in Oregon is based at the University of Oregon.
