The Kitsap County Parks Department is committed to providing quality-of-life enhancing opportunities through the management of natural areas and specialized facilities, fostering community stewardship, and offering an outstanding service-oriented environment.

Parks and Fairgrounds offered at Kitsap County Parks

Provides Kitsap county with parks and recreational areas including County Lake Park, Pt No Point Lighthouse and beach, athletic fields, and many more sites throughout the county. Volunteer opportunities are available.

Open spaces within town, city, county or regional boundaries that are acquired, developed and maintained by local or regional governments and made available to the public as venues for recreational and leisure programs.

City/County Parks

Programs that develop, maintain and make available to the public, outdoor areas where fairs, livestock events, horse shows, RV rallies, concerts, sporting events, circuses, trade shows, exhibitions or other events are held.

Fairgrounds

Organizations that are actively seeking individuals with the requisite skills and experience who are willing, on a voluntary basis without remuneration, to work on conservation projects or on other initiatives that will improve the natural and built aspects of the physical environment.
