Multi-service family support program offers outpatient mental health services for children and families. Services include case management, brief intervention treatment, less restrictive alternative support and family, group and individual therapy.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Provides educational programs for parents of young children.   Classes are held for parents and children together.   Operates a cooperative preschool.   Limited child care may be available.

Offers credit classes which provide family life education for parents, and supervised preschool experience for their toddlers and older preschool-age children.  The class sessions vary in length and frequency depending on the age of the children and the program offered.  Parent education class topics include nutrition, child development & guidance techniques, home management, etc.

Offers assistance with essential needs and develops supportive, nurturing relationships to walk the journey with young families in need. PREPARES Baby Supply Bags: provides basic baby supplies, based on the age of the child and can include diapers, wipes, formula, clothing, books, and toys. Family Companions: provide an opportunity for a pregnant or parenting family to be matched with a trained family companion volunteer who gives the family ongoing support and encouragement. Find comfort and guidance with the support of a family companion who has walked the path of parenthood and empathize with its joys and struggles. Play and Learn Groups: facilitates play groups to support early brain development and kindergarten readiness: play group curriculum is based on the latest research in early childhood brain development and family engagement. Play groups give parents and informal caregivers a free, accessible place to meet other families and get support. Sessions are held weekly in community spaces in the child’s own neighborhood and language. Parents as Teachers (PAT): develops curricula, trains early childhood professionals, and certifies parent educators to work with parents to provide them with parenting support and information on their developing child. Vision: All children will learn, grow and develop to realize their full potential.

Offers a variety of classes for parents. The "Family Connection" classes for parents and their infants, toddlers, and preschoolers include both the parent and young child (ages 1 -5 years). The various discussion classes on specific parenting topics are offered for parents of toddlers to teens. Provides a variety of classes that inform expectant parents about pregnancy, labor and birth, post partum expectations, and baby care. Breathing and relaxation techniques to use during labor and birth are also taught. A variety of parenting classes are also available. Program offered in conjunction with Peace Health St. Joseph Medical Center.
