The Lipton Award is given to young adults who demonstrate courage, perseverance, challenge, fraternity and integrity through their participation in athletics and in daily life. Youth of the Quarter honors a club member who has demonstrated leadership qualities, club involvement and community service. Health Adventure program for youth in eighth grade allows participants the opportunity to experience jobs in the healthcare field and work closely with an adult role model.

Matches elementary-age children to volunteers from businesses, high schools, or colleges. Volunteers spend one hour each week, throw a ball around, practice reading and have lunch together.
Provides mentoring programs where children from primarily single-parent families are matched to adult volunteers. Volunteers see the children 3-4 hours, 3-4 times per month for at least a year, sharing interests they both enjoy.

Offers leadership and citizenship development programs for youth including Torch Clubs for ages 11-13 and Keystone Clubs for youth in grades 9-12.
Offers programs that develop leadership and citizenship skills. Also offers Torch Clubs, which are chartered small-group leadership and service clubs for boys and girls ages 11-13. Torch Club members elect officers and work together to plan and implement activities in four areas: service to Club and community, education, health and fitness, and social recreation. Torch Club awards are presented annually to Torch Clubs with outstanding programs and activities in all four areas. Also offers Keystone Club for members in grades 9-12. Teaches skills and values to be used as they continue to mature. Activity planning, fundraising and community involvement are stressed in bi-monthly meetings.
