Provides veterinary health care clinics by appointment and access to a pet supply bank. Households can access the pet supply bank monthly without appointments or pre-qualification. Veterinary care is offered by appointments or walk-in pre-scheduled drop-in clinic dates. Dates of drop-in clinics are available on website and phone voicemail. Information can also be provided in person during regular hours. Does not offer emergency, urgent, or walk-in veterinary care outside of pre-scheduled drop-in clinic dates. At veterinary clinics, maximum of two pets per household will be seen. Services include: - Basic health exams. - Vaccines. - Flea and de-worming treatments. - Pet supplies. - Discounted animal licensing. Accepts donations of new and gently used pet supplies and some medications. Check website for specific donation requirements. Cannot accept: Any food past one year of expiration, CBD treats or supplements, retractable leashes, shock collars, electric collars, or prong collars. Volunteer opportunities are available.

Accepts owner-surrendered animals to find permanent homes. Provides homeless animal care and adopts companion animals to adults 18 and older. Also accepts donations of dog/cat food, linens, bedding, dog/cat items, dog/cat treats, and other items to then distribute to pets in need while supplies last. Volunteer opportunities available.

Offers an animal adoption program through a no-kill shelter. Costs for pets include fees for immunizations, spay/neutering, medical care, worming/fleas, and microchipping.

Offers a fostering program which helps provide temporary homes for kittens and special case cats. Call if interested in animal fostering. Cat or kitten supplies are provided to foster parents.

We provide shelter for lost, abandoned and surrendered animals.  

Kitsap Humane Society runs a shelter for lost, abandoned and unwanted animals. Some of those animals then become available for adoption. They have educational programs for schools and the general public and also do animal assisted therapy, where pets are shared with nursing home residents.  You can also search for your lost pet online, if they have it, it will be online!  This agency is now taking donated vehicles.

Peninsula Friends of Animals works to prevent the birth of unwanted cats and dogs through progressive spay/neuter and educational programs. PFOA also works to place as many homeless, neglected, and abused animals as possible in safe, loving, permanent homes.
