Adult Outpatient Services offered at KMHS South Kitsap
Provides outpatient services for clients through brief/long-term therapy. Associated programs include Pathways (co-occuring disorders), Community Integration Services, Staff Supported Housing, Protective Payee, and other services.
Most behavioral health conditions can be treated on an outpatient basis with a coordinated care team and a personalized approach that can include individual and/or group therapy.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy - Future-focused and goal-directed therapy with an emphasis on finding solutions
Assertive Community Treatment - Offering rehabilitation and support services to adults experiencing severe and persistent psychosis through two models of care: Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) and Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT)
New Journeys - Early intervention for first-episode psychosis for people up to age 40
Inclusive Community Care - Culturally competent care for Latinos, Mexicans and Chicanos, plus all immigrant and refugee populations
Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid and Alcohol Addiction - Evidence-based substance used treatment program shown to sustain recovery and prevent overdoses; combines medication, counseling and support
Pathways - Holistic substance abuse treatment program for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
Additional adult client services include on-site primary healthcare, dental and pharmacy; supportive housing and employment services.

Creative Coping offered at Alliance Counseling
The group uses art therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to help teens gain the emotional control and coping skills needed to find creative healthy ways of coping with life's challenges.
An eight week skills-based support group for teens who want to gain skills in the areas of emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal communication. The group uses a combination of art therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help teens gain emotional control and find creative, healthy ways of coping with life's challenges.

Youth Mental Health offered at Therapeutic Health Services' Youth & Family Services Branch in Seattle
Provides culturally sensitive individual, family and group counseling and youth mental health treatment. Provides treatment for young people with mental health and substance use disorders as well as wraparound treatment for at-risk youth.

Integrated Cognitive Therapies Program
Provides treatment for young people with mental health and substance use disorders. Offers a comprehensive evaluation of mental health and substance use disorders followed by individually tailored treatments.
Treats a range of substance use and psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems and other conditions commonly experience by those use substances. Prescribes and manages psychiatric medication and offers continuing care services for those need more support. Program includes option for family to be involved through Parent Coaching appointments and groups.
Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe)
Provides intensive mental health services in a wraparound team structure for children and youth involved in more than one system. Team is comprised of significant individuals involved in the participant’s life. Team members include natural supports (family, friends, religious leaders) and the professionals who work with the family (counselors, nurses/doctors, schools, CPS and probation officers).
Provide access to crisis services for established patients as needed.

Provides counseling/treatment for a variety of programs for mental health. Does not accept State or Federally Funded Insurance or HMO Plans.
Provides comprehensive counseling and treatment exclusively for adults experiencing a wide range of mental and behavioral health concerns. Areas of care include mood disorders (such as major depression, bipolar spectrum disorders, cyclothymia, and postpartum depression), anxiety and trauma-related disorders (including generalized anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, PTSD, phobias, and stress-related conditions), personality and relational challenges, dual diagnosis and co-occurring substance use, self-harm behaviors, process and behavioral addictions (including gambling and sexual addiction), and complex or chronic mental health conditions. Treatment is individualized and grounded in a Whole Person Care approach, supporting emotional, psychological, relational, and physical healing for long-term stability and recovery.
