Salud is a program where patients are supported, coached, and connected to peers as they navigate lifestyle changes to reduce diabetes risks. The Salud program offers 1:1 and group classes that lay the groundwork for understanding diabetes as well as personalized care plans for nutrition and medication management.

A prevention program serving underprivileged youth ages 13-25 in Spokane, WA. Provides the community with exceptional service by training chemically dependent and at-risk youth to be positive, functional and empowered citizens through music, sports, nutrition and education, providing them with a voice that may have been once unheard. Program provides groups and individual sessions that include coaching in the production of music (beat making) and lyric writing.

Aftercare (or continuing care) program is completed over a 26 week period, meeting for 1-1.5 hours per group. The continuing care groups provide the needed support and life skill development for those who have completed primary treatment experience.  The program consists of group therapy, individual therapy, relapse trigger recognition, stress coping strategies, management of change, and recovery stuck points.
