Baby Blues Connection provides support, information and resources to women and families coping with pregnancy and postpartum mood disorders.
Provide mental health support and build community with parents and birthing people coping with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through connection, information and resources. Services include 24-hour phone support, parent to parent support groups online and in-person, partner support for family members who want to support someone coping with postpartum depression or anxiety, and resource packets emailed/mailed at no cost. Firmly anti-racist and welcoming of all individuals struggling with PMADs.
