Provides timely access to behavioral health services for adults 18 and over presenting in a mental health crisis. Program is designed as an alternative treatment setting for those who need urgent (same day) intervention, but do not necessarily require the services of the emergency room. Does not assist with court ordered evaluations.

Provides a 24 hour crisis intervention line staffed with professionals to support people in distress.  Additionally offers in-person crisis resolution services on a walk-in basis.

Offers pre-employment day program where members work side-by-side with staff to develop work skills, self-confidence, strengths and talents. Technology and equipment is available for members to learn and work on. Provides a commercial kitchen where members prepare meals available to members and staff for a small fee. Members can also apply for employment in the community through the programs of HERO House NW. There are three different programs of employment including: -Transitional Employment Program (part-time, time-limited for members just entering or returning to paid employment; includes on-site support, training and coverage) -Supported Employment Program (time unlimited, paid positions in the community with on-site supports and training provided by HERO House NW. -Independent Employment Program (where members work in competitive positions independently of HERO House NW) and HERO House NW employment supports. HERO House NW Programs also provides an extensive social program where members join together for picnics, bingo, museum tours, festivals, sports and games.

Kitsap Clubhouse is a free program for people living with severe mental illness – a place where they can belong, thrive and build community. The program helps people achieve their recovery goals by connecting them with employment, education, housing and other resources.

Provides critical survival services and engagement for adults who are experiencing severe and persistent behavioral health and co-occurring disorders in addition to homelessness. Operates as part of the King County-funded Prepaid Health Plan.   Offers the following services: -Outreach and engagement services aimed at locating eligible individuals, building relationships, providing survival services and assessing individual needs. -Intensive case management and stabilization services with a full range of community support and treatment. -Development and support of maintaining connections to critical resources such as housing, psychiatric and physical health care, financial benefits and other ancillary support services. -Transition to long-term behavioral health or other appropriate ongoing services.

Offers drop-in day services for homeless and low-income women; no children.   Provides laundry facilities, toilets and showers, for use through a drop-in sign-up system. Distributes free hygiene items.  -  Showers contain one larger stall for women with disabilities. Offers mental health counseling, usually four days per week, and Health Care for the Homeless nursing services at varying times Monday through Friday.   Provides use of telephones and computers with internet access.   Offers daily meals from morning to afternoon.   Offers information and referral to other services.

Provides support and advocacy for recovery and wellness through scheduled activities and peer support. Services include mental health and wellness support groups, men's and women's support groups, computer classes, support for building resumes and cover letters and completing job applications, and an evening Warm Line for peer support. Services are focused on those in recovery from substance abuse or mental health issues.
