Adult Residential Services offered at Compass Health - Snohomish County - Edmonds - "Aurora House"
The program focuses on helping residents reach increasing levels of recovery in order to eventually transition back into the community.
Residential Treatment Facilities (RTFs) serve adults age 18 and over diagnosed with severe and persistent psychiatric disorders. Services include assessment, psychiatric evaluation, medication monitoring, case management, counseling, groups, mental health education, crisis resolution, and skills training regarding activities of daily living. The program focuses on helping residents reach increasing levels of recovery in order to successfully transition back into the community.

Residential Services offered at KMHS Keller House
Provides long-term residential beds and short-term transitional and stabilization services to individuals who suffer from severe impairment in psychosocial functioning and in need of 24-hour support and supervision.
Through Keller House and our residential treatment program. Kitsap Mental Health Services offers caring, effective mental health services in a 24/7 residential setting for adults 18 and over. Participation is voluntary, and people may stay in the 16-bed residential treatment setting for up to 30 days, although some beds are provided for longer term care. To access this service, individuals must be enrolled with KMHS outpatient services, and be referred for the residential treatment center’s services.
The Residential Treatment Center provides a combination of supportive services designed to help people return to their families and their communities equipped with the skills needed to successfully manage life’s challenges.
Personalized treatment plans offer a wide continuum of services and seek to assist individuals to continue their daily activities with the safest, least-restrictive level of intervention possible.

Intensive Congregate Care / Mental Health Treatment offered at Transitional Resources
Offers intensive residential care for adults with mental illness. Helps those enrolled in the county mental health system who are ready to leave inpatient or institutional care yet require ongoing intensive services. Accepts Medicaid.
Intensive congregate care program provides 24-hour case management, therapeutic milieu, training in adult living skills, development of employment or educational opportunities, symptom management, medication management, group therapy, medication support, family support and advocacy. A client is also eligible for PHP (prepaid health plan). Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s). There are 16 beds available.
