Outpatient Enrollment Center for Frontier Behavioral Health. Provides in-person assesments (Walk-ins encouraged) for those seeking services ages 0-100+. Assessments are 60 to 90 minutes and are completed M-F, 7:30am-3:30pm. Those interested in services are encouraged to call ahead to verify eligibility and availability. Staff can start assessments over the phone, but individuals MUST complete the assessment in-person or zoom.

DUI Evaluations

Outpatient Treatment
Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).
Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment

Intensive outpatient services are available for those with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders to avoid more restrictive levels of service such as psychiatric inpatient hospitalization or residential placement.
