Outpatient Enrollment Center for Frontier Behavioral Health. Provides in-person assesments (Walk-ins encouraged) for those seeking services ages 0-100+. Assessments are 60 to 90 minutes and are completed M-F, 7:30am-3:30pm. Those interested in services are encouraged to call ahead to verify eligibility and availability. Staff can start assessments over the phone, but individuals MUST complete the assessment in-person or zoom.

In a welcoming and empathetic environment, we work with individuals, families, and friends to address trauma, grief & loss, and behaviors or actions when they are not in line with your own values and beliefs. Our mental health treatment staff use a variety of methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Provides Behavioral Health Counseling, Immigration Assistance and Social Services. Offers mental health counseling and case management; assistance with immigration status adjustment (green cards/citizenship) and family reunification; senior programs with hot meals and activities; parenting education and family support.

Offers culturally specific mental health services for refugees and immigrants. Provides case management services as well as individual, family and group counseling. Offers treatment and support for those experiencing stress, depression, and anxiety associated with displacement and the effects of acculturation.  

Provides crucial, preventative and accessible mental health care for children, teens, individual adults and families living in Pierce County. Services focus on prevention. Currently offers services to most populations and also offers the lowest sliding scale in Pierce County so all families can have access to valuable care. Provides mental health and substance use disorder counseling services for individuals and their families in South King County.  Primary focus is the child or children, through family, individual, and group counseling services.

Offers individual and group mental health counseling for clients. Provides case management services. Accepts clients with co-occurring substance use disorder.   Family based therapy available at Mossyrock and Chehalis locations. Provides recovery services for King County adults experiencing mental health symptoms or substance use disorders. Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling, and case management. Addresses a range of issues - from mild situational stressors to more acute or chronic behavioral health diagnoses. Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Some locations provide enhanced case management for enrolled clients. All services are culturally respectful and designed to foster client's attainment of stability and growth consistent with their individualized goals. Provides individual, couple and family counseling to help resolve social-emotional issues and deal effectively with life events. Services provided include brief consultation, short-term intensive counseling and long-term ongoing therapy. Issues addressed include family conflict, marriage and/or relationship issues, divorce, parenting skills, adolescent issues, school/work concerns, behavior problems, grief and loss, abuse, self-esteem, depression, anxiety and other emotional concerns.

Provides mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, including individual, family, and group counseling. Care Teams help clients with the full range of mental health and substance use disorder issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, disruptive behavior disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Services may include crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluation, case management, therapy, peer support, medication management, and more. New Journeys Provides comprehensive treatment to individuals who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

Licensed psychologists who offer a wide variety of counseling services including, but not limited to:  Depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, recovery from tramatic events, abuse, sexual abuse/assault, women's issues, elder concerns, relationship issues, parenting issues, family/marriage counseling, children with behavior/impulse-control, anger-related issues, etc.  EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) is available from one of the providers.

Offers a full range of mental and emotional well-being assistance, from the basics of coping with daily challenges of life, to the treatment of mental illnesses, such as depression or anxiety, as well as substance use disorder and other addictive behaviors. Primary care providers work alongside licensed counselors to address the behavioral health needs of patients.

Provides a wide-range of behavioral health care services such as substance use, depression or anxiety, the first stages of dementia or more acute, severe mental illness. Treatment is integrated.

Provides outpatient mental health counseling as well as Wraparound Intensive services for children (WISe). Wraparound with Intensive Services, or WISe, is an approach to helping children, youth, and their families with intensive mental health care. Services are available in home and community settings and offer a system of care based on the individualized need of the child or youth.

Provides nine to 15 hours weekly of structured programming and therapeutic support designed specifically for women and adolescent girls facing significant anxiety and depression. Services are rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and include group therapy, individual therapy, family support and medication management. Each patient is individually assessed by DBT trained providers and reviewed by a board certified psychiatrist to determine the appropriate level of care. Clients may also participate in daily yoga, recreational therapy, art therapy, life skills and planning groups, tutoring and vocational support and meals.

Offers Individual & Group Therapy, WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services), Individual & Group Peer Support, Intensive Care Coordination, Educational Workshops, Intensive Residential Treatment (1/2 PACT), Peer Bridger, Peer Pathfinder, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Psychiatric Medication Management Services, and Peer Respite services. Licensed outpatient behavioral health clinic that strives to form healthy partnerships with clients by providing recovery support, peer services, therapy, care coordination, psychiatric medication management, Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe), Intensive Residential Treatment, substance use disorder services, and health home programs.

Social worker provides information and referral for older adults. Connects seniors to services to meet basic needs such as housing, transportation, food security and mental health, among others. Facilitates a caregivers and other support groups.

Community Support Services offers a wide range of caring services and is available to meet the needs of persons with serious mental illness. Staff with a variety of specialties offer evaluations, counseling, and prevention strategies to support individuals in the community at critical stages of life.  ### Counseling Services:  - Outpatient psychotherapy (professional counseling) for individuals and caregivers.  - Older adult services in the home, hospital or nursing center.  - Post Traumatic stress disorder program for armed services combat veterans and families .  ### Community Support Services:  - Intensive stabilization and treatment to prevent hospitalization.  - Medication management.  - Day programs to support recovery and integration into community living.  - Clinical case management, advocacy and vocational services.  Supported Employment and Supported Housing ### Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment:  - Evaluation and outpatient treatment for individuals dually diagnosed with mental health and substance use disorders.  ### Veteran Services:  - Culturally sensitive counseling for veterans and their families.  - Information and referral to Veteran's Administration.  ### Medical Services:  - Psychiatric evaluations   - Care Coordination and Consultation with Primary Care Providers   - Psychiatric medication monitoring; Limited Primary Care services. ### Onsite Pharmacy

Offers outpatient counseling services for people of all ages as well as families. Also offers case management services and a variety of support groups and classes. Therapists, case managers, peers, and physicians work together to provide treatment and support to help alleviate and manage symptoms of mental illness as well as enhance recovery. Stabilizes medications, teaches social and living skills, and by offers help with employment and day-to-day activities.

Drug/Alcohol Assessments Conducts an evaluation of people who abuse drugs and/or alcohol to determine the nature and extent of the problem and which may make a recommendation regarding treatment or may refer the individual to a specific program. The service does not include a centralized triage function within the community or a formal relationship with the courts.   Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.   DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.   Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.   Intensive Outpatient Treatment   Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).   Counseling Provides counseling and mental health services to Apple Health (Medicaid) patients. Agency provides state-certified service(s).

Provides a broad spectrum of counseling services to adult clients who have mental health issues. Helps clients reduce or manage their mental health symptoms by improving their coping and daily living skills. Services include individual, family, and group therapy, as well as community support services. Intensive outpatient services are available for those with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders to avoid more restrictive levels of service such as psychiatric inpatient hospitalization or residential placement. Once enrolled, the treatment team is available at any time and especially in crisis situations to support individualized treatment needs.
