Anger management classes for adult men and women.

DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment. Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order. MAT- Medication Assisted Treatment Anger Management Provides educational and/or therapeutic opportunities for people who are interested in or who need to learn how to deal with their anger in a positive, functional way. Participants may include people who internalize their anger as well as those who act it out verbally or in behavior toward friends, family, children, employers or other people in their lives. Included are court-ordered and voluntary programs for people who are involved in domestic violence or child abuse as well as general workshops for people who are uncomfortable with the way they express their anger. Agency provides state-certified service(s).

Offers tailored, individualized psychotherapy counseling services. Includes: - family - group - support group - marriage/couple and - psychological evaluations and intake procedures. Also offers a substance use treatment program and therapy services. Provides anger management, DV Therapy, DUI therapy and court ordered treatment services and evaluations.

Provides individual, group therapy services for adults.We also provide Mental Health Assessments, Domestic Violence Assessments, Anger-Aggression Assessments, Victim Assessments and shoplifting Assessments. We also Provide Mental Health PEER services.

Provides community education classes, such as defensive driving, parenting skills, and theft awareness. - Online ​Parenting Classes: this 8 hour parenting skills class is an online course designed to enhance parenting techniques to better meet the developmental needs of children as they grow. This course is offered in both Spanish and English. Topics covered include; raising the next generation, parenting basics, what children need, role modeling, child neglect and abuse, and what children deserve. - Defensive Driving Class: probation services offers defensive driving courses. The focus of our defensive driving course is to assist participants in discovering how their values and attitudes affect their driving behavior. Participants will learn how to make positive choices about their driving behavior. The objective of the defensive driving course is to educate participants about law abiding behavior and safe driving. The online option allows students to conveniently complete the course on their own time while not affecting their school or work schedule. Course is available in person and online. - Theft Awareness Class: this class is designed for a variety of relatively minor theft offenses. Participants are encouraged to develop a personal commitment plan to avoid future theft-related problems and/or arrest. Course is offered in both English & Spanish. Available online and in person. - Online Anger Management Classes: Provides educational opportunities for people who are interested in or who need to learn how to deal with their anger in a positive, functional way.

Provides an anger management treatment program for those who are charged with domestic violence or assault. Focuses on recognizing the signs and reasons of becoming angry and teaches alternatives to violence.

True Star Behavioral Health Services Recovery Program is a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center with a primary focus on substance abuse treatment.  May also go by the name of Clallam County Youth Services.   The treatment center provides outpatient chemical dependency treatment and intensive outpatient treatment. There are special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co-occuring mental and substance abuse disorders. No special language services are available. Payments via medicare, state financed insurance, medicaid, private insurance. Payment assistance is offered by way of sliding fee scale.

Offers a chemical dependency treatment program to youth and adults.  The program includes DUI evaluations, alcohol/drug education, intensive outpatient treatment, monitoring, deferred prosecution, substance screening.  This agency is not an extension office or affiliated with Safe Harbor Recovery Center Inc in Clallam.

Helps children who are having challenges in school or if they need additional support at home. Counselors will assist the family in helping a stronger relationship by teaching communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills. Also provides the WISe program (Wraparound with Intensive Services), which provides comprehensive, specialized services for children with behavioral health needs and their families.

Provides training and other programs, such as Anger Management, Theft Awareness, and the Sharing the Children Parenting seminar.

Focuses on abusive power and control issues in relationships that often times result in physical or emotional battery. Relationships not only include husband and wife, but also immediate and extended families or significant others in "live in, (or lived) together" relationships. Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). - The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Participants may include people who internalize their anger as well as those who act it out verbally or in behavior toward friends, family, children, employers or other people in their lives. - Deferred Prosecution: Provides and/or coordinate the delivery of individual, group and family counseling, training, employment assistance and other prescribed social services for individuals who have been arrested for a minor offense and directed to participate in an educational or treatment program in lieu of prosecution for the offense. In most cases, the courts suspend prosecution for a prescribed period and dismiss charges altogether against those who successfully complete the program. Included are jail diversion programs which ensure that those with a criminal record and mental illness receive treatment and support services rather than spend time in jail. - Couple's Counseling - Funding for domestic violence DOT/CDL Assessments Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

The Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe Community Health Center enhances quality of life through culturally appropriate delivery of prevention, education, early intervention, treatment and ongoing services using a holistic approach for individual of all ages. Behavioral Health - This program provides counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and youth. Specialties include life skills training, parenting, anger management groups, and weekend parent education workshops. State Licensed Alcohol & Drug Out Patient Program - Provides DUI assessments, intensive outpatient treatment, community education, deferred prosecution, and aftercare programs. State Licensed Alcohol & Drug Out Patient Program. Licensed Mental Health Provider. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

This program focuses on explosive, contrary or emotional outbursts that result in physical or emotional battery with acquaintances other than family or significant others.The goal of anger management is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes.

Provides Morning and Evening small group therapy, Court Ordered Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) services, Anger Management treatment, and MRTDV classes.

Provides evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents, and their families. Offers office visits, outpatient behavioral health services; and works closely with schools, medical professionals, and other social organizations so that the child is receiving the best level of care.

Provides support groups for people experiencing addiction to alcohol, drugs, food, and/or pornography. There are also support groups that deal with anger, depression, grief, and divorce. Also offered is Beyond the Walls, a class for families with loved ones who are incarcerated. Child care is provided for support groups and classes. Also provides a community meal. Support groups and classes are Christian faith-based healing programs. Worship services are offered, but attendance is not required.
