Crisis Triage & Stabilization offered by Lifeline Connections at Crisis Wellness Center
Provides safe environment as an alternative to hospital emergency departments. Services include creating recovery plans, group support sessions, substance use disorder and mental health evaluation, medication evaluation and monitoring, and connection to community resources.
Provides a voluntary program in a safe environment as an alternative to hospital emergency departments. Services include creating recovery plans, one-on-one group support sessions, substance use disorder and mental health evaluation, medication evaluation and monitoring, and connection to community resources. The triage center includes eight chairs for stays less than 24 hours, and the stabilization center includes sixteen beds for 5-7 days.

Detoxification offered by Pioneer Human Services' Ituha Stabilization Facility
Offers a monitored and safe setting for individuals withdrawing from alcohol and drugs, and counseling for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
Detox programs provide a monitored setting for the safe withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs. Whatcom Community Detox is provided in a 16-bed acute (medical) unit where intensive medical monitoring is required. Skagit Community Detox is a 16-bed sub-acute (non-medical) unit where intensive medical monitoring is NOT required. Ituha Stabilization Facility is a 10-bed facility providing acute medical detox where intensive medical monitoring is required along with stabilization services.
In addition to stabilization and safety, the goal of these services is to assess people's mental health and chemical dependency-related needs and help them access the services they need to recover.

Medication Assisted Treatment Program
Offers individuals addicted to opiates a tapering program, or induction for maintenance, for use at inpatient treatment and in the community based on successful completion of treatment.
Offers case managers and uses a physician who prescribes Suboxone for a smooth transition so clients can move easier into a treatment program.

Offers a voluntary short-term 16-bed crisis stabilization alternative to inpatient hospitalization for adults who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis and require 24-hour support. Must be referred by a crisis service.
Offers a short-term 16-bed crisis stabilization alternative to inpatient hospitalization for adults who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis and require 24-hour support. Patients may stay up to 5 days on a voluntary basis, and will have an individualized discharge plan with post discharge follow-up. While in the triage center, each person will be offered the following in-house services: Daily living skills, Group activities, Case management, Peer counseling, Mental Health Professional assessment, Solution Focused Brief therapy, chemical dependency screening and full evaluation if needed, rapid referral to services and housing, as well as an assessment by a psychiatric medical provider for medication management. Patients of the Crisis Triage Center with co-occuring substance use disorders may be voluntarily admitted to the Pacific Hope Recovery Center after stabilization, if appropriate.
