Provides over-the-phone and in person crisis intervention to adult, adolescent and child victims of sexual assault and/or domestic violence. Offers moral support, validation of feelings, safety planning, problem-solving, and understanding of the etiology of domestic violence and sexual assault.  Will discuss options with victims, and refer to medical services and shelter.

Operates a free and confidential 24-hour crisis hotline to assist anyone who has questions or concerns about sexual assault or a crime. In addition, SARC provides financial support to clients who would not otherwise be able to seek professional mental health care. Provides the following services: - Onsite Individual Counseling - Crisis Intervention: advocates provide short-term crisis intervention, information, support & validation - Medical Advocacy: staff & trained volunteer advocates respond to hospital calls to provide medical advocacy for victims of sexual assault - Legal Advocacy: provides legal advocacy at police interviews and court proceedings - Therapy Referrals: assists clients in the process of finding a counselor who has experience working with sexual assault survivors Also provides information regarding payment options such as sliding fee scales, Medicaid, and crime victim's compensation.

Provides the following: - WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Service) - FAST (Shorter term intensive crisis stabilization) - Crisis Services (24/7 Pierce children's crisis provider) - additional in home Family Behavioral Health Services and are a Health Home Provider. All Family Behavioral Health services provided are an integrated and flexible array of mental health and social services/supports designed to preserve families and avert unnecessary placements in psychiatric hospitals, institutional or long-term foster care settings. Services are family oriented, needs-driven and can include: - individualized and tailored treatment plans, - intensive care coordination, - psychiatric/medication services (when indicated), - paraprofessional supports.

Renton RFA partners with Puget Sound RFA to offer the Fire Department Community Assistance, Referrals and Education Services (FD CARES) program, a fire agency-based community injury and illness prevention program. FD CARES has been developed so that fire departments may assist community members with issues before an issue becomes an emergency. The program works to improve the quality of health throughout our community and provide for a longer healthier independent lifestyle. Do you or a loved one have a situation that may cause injury or illness that you are finding difficult to solve on your own? Are you finding that you have nowhere else to turn? We may be able to help! There may be services and resources available to help you. The FD CARES program can assist you in navigating the social service network and advocate on your behalf with insurance providers and other health care professionals.

Provides crisis intervention for individuals and families. Services include mental health stabilization activities, facilitation of hospitalization, and referrals.

Community-based outreach team offers short term crisis intervention and prevention services for who are experiencing a behavioral health (mental health and/or substance use) crisis. Collaborates with the individual in crisis and their family members to develop a plan to get through the current crisis, manage future crises, and move towards recovery. Provides urgent community response usually within two hours and care planning services for up to two weeks.

Individual child counseling allows each child a safe environment in which to explore and work on issues important to them.   Therapy with adolescents focuses on problem-solving and developing age-appropriate life skills.   Family therapy includes all who are involved in direct care of the child.  Also provides mental health assessments as well as psychiatric evaluation and medication management services.  Brief intensive treatment is available for families who are experiencing an immediate crisis situation. Early Childhood: Works to meet the mental health needs of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families. Provides parent coaching to help caregivers be more effective, and offers treatment for behavioral challenges, trauma, depression, and anxiety among other mental health disorders. ​

Helps those in the community experiencing a crisis due to mental illness and/or substance use issues. Provides assistance in community settings such as homes and schools. Evaluates a person for safety, de-escalates the crisis, and provides information and education. Refers to community behavioral health services for additional support.

Provides mobile crisis services and involuntary treatment assessments. Provides mobile crisis services to assess the risk and safety factors of the client in crisis in Thurston and Mason communities. May also provide Involuntary Treatment evaluation services. Referrals can be made by any person in the community.

Offers same day in-person and virtual (video) visits for children and teens in Washington state who need urgent mental health support but do not need the services of an Emergency Department. Our team of pediatric-focused licensed mental health therapists, family advocates/case managers, psychiatric advanced practice providers (APPs) and medical assistants provide crisis assessment, initial care recommendations and referrals to follow-up care in the community.

Coordinates volunteer clergy, who offer information, referral, spiritual counsel and crisis intervention to those in need on the streets of Seattle and surrounding areas. Staff and volunteers also provide advocacy for tangible needs.

Provides 24-hour crisis outreach and stabilization services to homeless and unstably housed young adults living in shelters and transitional housing in King County who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Specially trained teams go to shelters, housing programs, or other locations as needed to help de-escalate the situation and resolve the immediate crisis. The team works with young adults to implement ongoing services and support to mitigate future crises. The team provides mental health and suicide risk assessments and links to community resources. Based on the young person’s needs, support can be provided for up to 8 weeks following the initial crisis. Examples of behavioral health crises are self-harm, suicide ideation, aggression or violence, sudden changes in behaviors or daily functioning, anxiety, depression, and disruption in the living situation.

Provides outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services to adults. Provides specialized services which may include psychological, and substance use disorder assessments, individual and group therapy, medication evaluation, medication management, and case management.

Operates a crisis intervention suicide hotline. Trained phone workers assist caller in personal crises by offering emotional support, community resource information, and referral.

Offers assistance to individuals who are suicidal or are going through an emotional crisis by telephone or in-person, if necessary. Mental health professionals provide screening for voluntary and involuntary hospitalization as a part of this service.

Trained and screened volunteers provide emotional and practical support to people involved in traumatic events and their families in the first few hours following a tragedy: complete follow-up calls, information, and referral to other resources (burial services, probate information, hazardous clean up, and other services). Volunteers are requested to crisis scenes by police officers, firefighters, hospital personnel, organizations/businesses, and schools after a traumatic event.

Provides case management and short-term counseling to individuals and their families, regardless of ability to pay, stabilizing clients in the least restrictive manner possible by matching each person's needs and based on the severity of the crisis.

Operates a crisis line to address mental health or substance use crises. Works to reduce distress and develop a plan to safely resolve the crisis at hand. Also offers designated crisis responders and youth mobile outreach services. In-person services include crisis assessments as well as follow-up services, and referrals to outpatient or longer-term treatment services when appropriate.

Serves as the access point for Clark County's Youth and Adult Mobile Crisis Intervention (YMCI and AMCI). Services include a crisis line that assesses needs, offers support, connects individuals to crisis teams, and coordinates with treatment providers and resources.

Operates a crisis hotline to help those who are having suicidal thoughts, are worried about a friend or loved one, or would like emotional support. Provides crisis emergency services and referrals to mental health professionals. Mobile Crisis Intervention Team provides immediate crisis intervention services in the community, or on an in-person basis. Designated Crisis Responders provide crisis intervention services and/or conduct intensive mental health evaluations to determine the need for more intensive mental health treatment.

Offers assistance through licensed mental health professionals and clinical social workers for crisis needs, advocacy, coordination with other agencies, and outreach services to seniors.
