Does not pay deductibles or co-pays on insurance. Does not purchase: iPads, iPhones, computers, e-bikes, service animals, trexo robotics, travel expenses or vehicle and home modifications. Releases funds to the vendor.

Disability Support Services offered by Wheel to Walk Foundation

Helps children with disabilities ages 20 and younger in the Pacific Northwest obtain medical & adaptive equipment or therapy services not provided by insurance.  Does not pay deductibles or co-pays on insurance.

Programs that provide financial assistance that helps patients whose care is being managed in the home (or other private facility managed by a nonprofessional caregiver or family member) obtain required medical equipment and supplies.

Medical Equipment Expense Assistance

Programs that provide special chairs with large wheels, some of which are power driven, that are used to transport patients or to provide increased mobility for people who are partially paralyzed or otherwise unable to walk. Also included are other types of personal wheeled transportation such as the Amigo.

Wheelchairs/Wheeled Mobility

Programs that pay the mental health care expenses of people who are unable to obtain necessary care without assistance. Mental health expense assistance programs may have age, income, disability, need or other eligibility requirements.

Mental Health Expense Assistance

Provide grants to families in Washington state who need financial assistance with services or equipment specifically related to autism spectrum disorder. 
Grants that are awarded may be used for therapy, doctor’s visits, special equipment or other needed services. 
Does not cover respite. 
Guardians can submit one application annually, for a maximum of $1,000 per child.

Ben's Fund Grant Program offered by Seattle Foundation

Provides grants to families with a child with autism, ages 0-23, who need financial assistance with services specifically related to autism spectrum disorder treatments such as therapies and equipment. Does not cover respite.

Programs that pay the hospital bills, doctor bills, laboratory expenses or other health care expenses of people who are unable to obtain necessary health care without assistance. Also included are programs that provide vouchers which enable eligible individuals to obtain medical care. Medical bill payment assistance programs may have age, income, disability, need or other eligibility requirements.
