Hosts Victims' Impact/Witness Panels. Intensive Outpatient Treatment Offers a program that consists of a minimum of 72 hours of intensive therapy over a 12-week period. Sessions are held on three separate days of each week, and average three hours in length. Issues and behaviors are the locus with inpatient placement as a consideration. Standard Outpatient Treatment Offers a myriad of individualized treatment plans ranging from 1-hour to 3-hour group sessions. Frequency of treatment can range from daily to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Placement is based on ASAM criteria as evidenced by the individuals situation and diagnostic criteria. Relapse Prevention Treatment Facilitates a program is 16 weeks in length; it consists of weekly 1&1/2-hour group sessions and bi-weekly 1-hour individual sessions. Specific interventions are used to address prior treatment failure. They include recognizing signs and symptoms of relapse or Building Up to Drink (BUD) behavior, and the development of stop signs and control methods to prevent relapse. Mental Health Treatment Treatment services vary in length depending on the patient's needs. All sessions are done on an individual basis and scheduled as the patient attends. T his program focuses on underlying mood or personality disorders that may have caused the person to exhibit objectionable behavior. Domestic Violence Intervention Treatment Provides a treatment for domestic violence is based on Washington State Administrative Codes. Abusive power and control issues in a relationship that often-times result in physical or emotional battery is the focus. Addresses anger management issues separate and distinct from domestic violence treatment milieus. Offers a weekly multiple offender MRT program. Offers Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS), and Consumer Awareness Programs. STOP’s service delivery approach is to provide for a seamless transition for clients from the initial needs assessment and evaluation process to program intake and eventual completion of treatment. The advantage that STOP has over most other like-kind organizations is that its programs can produce first-rate professional reports on client results within the same day or shortly thereafter. Believes in giving clients a social opportunity to succeed at treatment (thus the name: Social Treatment Opportunity Programs); therefore, dismissal from treatment is considered as a final resort. Believe in providing first-rate service and employs patient satisfaction survey to measure the outcome of their efforts. The surveys are based on a five-point Likert scale; with a treatment goal of achieving at least a score of four points.

Uses a team approach that includes a combination of specially trained behavioral health clinicians, family care coordinators, and peer support staff. Offers specialized services to youth who have a psychiatric diagnosis and experience intellectual or developmental disabilities. Provides school and office-based services.

Provides evidence‐based treatments for youth substance use disorders. Conducts a substance abuse assessment to recommend the type of treatment best suited to the youth's recovery needs. Intensive treatment and recovery support can include individual, group or family counseling, case management and referral to community services. Staff consists of licensed mental health and chemical dependency professionals, case managers, nurses, physicians and psychiatrists.

Provides a wide range of outpatient services. Care is provided by a team of psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, chaplains, and/or addiction therapists. Intensive Outpatient Services and Outpatient Services are offered as well as court and state approved Alcohol & Drug Information School (ADIS). Assessments are self referred, court referred, EAP referred, DOC referred, and DCYF referred. Assessments are court approved and comply with Washington State Health Department WAC and RCW's. Works closely with referring parties to insure that clients receive the best possible care. Alcohol & Drug Information School (ADIS) This educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world. DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment. Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, relapse prevention services. Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order. Intensive Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually require 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, relapse prevention services.

Provides evidenced-based programs that include Twelve Step Facilitation, Matrix Manual for Relapse Prevention and Matrix Family Counseling, Cannabis Youth Treatment Series, Moral Reconation Therapy, CBT, DBT, Seeking Safety, and Parenting in Recovery.

Provides recovery services for King County adults experiencing mental health symptoms or substance use disorders. Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling as well as case management. Addresses a range of issues - from mild situational stressors to more acute or chronic behavioral health diagnoses. Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Some locations provide enhanced case management for enrolled clients. All services are culturally respectful and designed to foster client's attainment of stability and growth consistent with their individualized goals. Offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Provides confidential alcohol and drug assessments, intensive outpatient treatment, relapse prevention, deferred prosecution, gender specific groups, coaching, and an Alcohol/Drug Information School education class. Also provides urinalysis tests for businesses and individuals.

Provides comprehensive assessments for substance use disorders. Provides DUI assessments for Family & Drug courts as well as Children’s Protective Services. Based on the results of the interview and evaluative tools, findings and recommendations for treatment will be carefully explained and patients will be given treatment choices and referral assistance. Treatment plans are individualized to meet the patient’s needs and may include counseling, parenting in recovery group, co-occurring disorder treatment, 12-step facilitation and court monitoring. Also offers deferred prosecution options, family drug court treatment, anger management, as well as family education and counseling. A large variety of evening, morning, and afternoon treatment sessions allows the patient to fit outpatient treatment into a variety of work schedules.

Provides comprehensive outpatient services for individuals with substance use disorder and their families.   Consultation offers a free assessment with a counselor to determine eligibility for services.   Offers a 72-hour Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program consisting of Phases I and II. Phase I:  -  Program consists of individual counseling, alcohol and drug education, and group therapy. -  Meets five evenings weekly over four weeks for adult program, three evenings weekly over eight weeks for adolescent program.    Phase II:  -  Meets one night per week.  -  Adult program lasts 26 weeks, adolescent program 10 weeks.  -  Includes ongoing group therapy sessions and family group counseling.  -  Day program is also available.   Individual, group counseling is available.   Group therapy is monitored for deferred prosecution. Court Referral Service evaluates client's involvement with alcohol and other drugs, and recommends an appropriate course of action.   Provides DUI Assessments.  

Stillaguamish Tribe Behavioral Health Program offers Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Services as well as Mental Health Services by using a combination of treatment techniques including, but not limited to: 12-step; Mental health assessment and counseling services; Group meetings; Smoking cessation; Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

The Intensive Outpatient Program meets three times a week for eight weeks and is designed to maintain the patients within their community while receiving treatment. Individuals must not be going through withdrawal and be able to abstain from using for several days. Activities include: individual and/or group counseling, education, 12 step meetings, and other activities to maintain sobriety. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).
