This program provides an intensive outpatient recovery and relapse prevention program designed for individuals seeking long-term sobriety and stability. The program offers classes five days a week, covering areas such as relapse prevention, life skills, problem-solving, anger management, and conflict resolution. Classes include support groups, 12-step meetings (e.g., AA and NA), and optional faith-based components such as religious counseling and prayer services. The program is facilitated by a multidisciplinary team, including licensed Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDPs). The Intensive Outpatient Program provides focus on the special needs of adults who are able to remain abstinent on an outpatient basis, but are in need of support. Intensive Outpatient is twelve weeks in length for 72 total hours of treatment time, followed with approximately 18 months of weekly aftercare and the remainder of the two-year requirement is completed with monthly monitoring. Intensive outpatient participants attend group three times per week for three hours each session. there are 4 individual sessions to be completed in the 12-week process.
