Offers a 30-day intensive inpatient treatment program for adults with substance abuse disorder in a 40-bed smoking facility. Program includes individual and group counseling.   Clients must bring their own suboxone prescription. Only up to 8mg.   Client dormitories are separated by gender, but all group services are Co-Ed.

Community-based residential facility that provides treatment services in the context of a 24-hour, supervised drug and alcohol-free environment for people who have problems related to substance use disorder. Offers dual diagnosis services.  Clients can bring outside prescriptions, such as suboxone and vivitrol, with them or be prescribed upon enrollment.  The residential program is now open to both men and women. They stay in separate areas of the facility.   The men's program is specifically for DD patients.   Agency provides state-certified service(s).

Provides a 28 day inpatient treatment program for clients with substance use disorder. Provides individual and group counseling and education with professional and dedicated counselors, to help patients develop a chemical-free lifestyle. Programs are based on Choice Theory and practiced through Reality Therapy. This cognitive-behavioral therapy model teaches individuals how to modify drug/alcohol using behaviors, and develop more effective and responsible behaviors.  It is requested by The Center that you be free from substance use for at least 72 hours prior to admission into the Intensive Inpatient Program. You will be asked to submit to a urine screen upon admission. The results will be staffed and responded to.

Provides an all-women’s intensive inpatient program, with chemical dependency being primary. Program features on-site substance use disorder counselors, a team of Recovery Support staff, along with other healthcare staff. Strives to improve the behavioral, emotional, and overall health of women who are interested in intensive drug and alcohol treatment recovery. Works to develop integrated care and hope to be able to provide co-occurring substance use treatment and mental health services. Strive to improve clients’ lives and aid them on the road to long term health and recovery. Inspirations feature spacious, dorm-style living for program participants, complete with bedding and closet space. Currently allows smoking at Inspirations, however, a Nicotine Education and a Nicotine Cessation program is offered for interested patients.

Provides assessment and admission for inpatient and outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment in a welcoming and safe environment. Offers a variety of programs including medication management, detox, addiction treatment, family education, holistic therapies (art, yoga, music), care planning, depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, psychosis, ADHD, and co-occurring disorders.

Youth have the option of participating in a continuing care recovery house program after the initial phase of residential treatment. May also provide sub-acute detoxification as part of treatment.

Offers a 16-bed integrated recovery treatment center to help patients with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorders. Patients stay on a voluntary basis for a variable length of time depending on their needs, and will have an individualized discharge plan with post discharge follow-up. A free of charge, nine to twelve month, residential, faith-based drug and alcohol addiction recovery program.  Participants are required to connect to a faith group of their choice as well as participate in devotion sessions onsite. Emotional and social growth and healing, Bible study, mentoring, adult basic education/GED test preparation, and physical exercise are included.

Offers a medication-assisted detox program that begins with a full clinical assessment of each guest and medical evaluation to best structure a treatment care plan. Clients meet with medical and clinical teams to discuss treatment goals, concerns, questions that need answered, and to learn what the approved medical regimen is. Each plan is tailored to an individual guest’s needs to ensure maximum comfort through withdrawal and safe, effective tapering off of substances. Once a client schedules a bed and arrives at the facility, they are assigned a primary therapist who will guide them through the healing process and the 24/7 nursing and support staff guarantees access to treatment resources if the primary therapist is unavailable at any point. Length of the medical detox program will either be 4 days (stabilization) or 8 days (medically-assisted detox). The difference in program length will be dependent on the medical assessment and symptoms of withdrawal. Medical professionals are on the clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure safety and comfort. If at any point, a person experiences symptoms of discomfort, the medical team will address the symptoms promptly and adjust the care plan to better suit the needs. Recommends aftercare treatment, and provides a case manager who will set aftercare plans up — whether that be continuing onto a residential inpatient program or a good psychiatrist in the area with a sensitivity to addiction. Operates with the belief that: Without professional supervision and medical monitoring, it is too easy for complications from withdrawal from drugs and/or alcohol to develop, which is why a safe, structured environment is essential. Withdrawal is much more than the physical risks, however; once someone with a substance use disorder has tapered off substances, they must manage psychological risks. Continued support in a treatment setting is critical if the results of a medical detox are going to last, as detox is the first, most sensitive step toward recovery. Please keep in mind, as a treatment center guided by a strong mission and vision, Royal Life Centers has a policy that restricts guests from attending their treatment programs more than twice. If you have already been through the treatment program in full, they will work day and night to find a facility that will better suit your needs and goals in recovery. They want to see you have success in sobriety, even if they are not the right program for you— they will help you find one that is. Provides 3-5 days of medical stabilization/withdrawal management, followed by intensive inpatient treatment for up to 26 total days of admission. Medication-Assisted Treatment uses evidence-based medications for withdrawal management and treatment of substance use disorders. Medications are adjusted and stabilized during admission, and clients are provided links to outpatient providers to continue medication treatment after discharge. This unit provides both methadone and buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder. Patients can also access 24-hour nursing care, routine medical and obstetric care, and immediate access to obstetric emergency services on campus. Services provided include: - Obstetric lab testing and imaging - Daily medical care during stabilization, then regular weekly medical care - Antenatal testing as indicated - Screening for and management of common mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression - Medication management - Nursing, medical, and obstetric education - Parenting and Childbirth Education. Includes education around prenatal care, childbirth, postpartum care, newborn/early infancy parenting, engaging with the healthcare system, self-advocacy, coping skills, and pain/symptom management options. During the stay, the counseling team works diligently to secure sober housing whenever possible and further treatment for all patients after their inpatient stay. If patients are returning to friends or family, a family session with a recovery plan for post discharge is initiated to ensure clear communication and expectations. Many patients choose to continue on to long-term treatment, and the team initiates the process while they are in treatment on the unit. Refers to community resources, such as the Parent Child Assistance Project, public health, OBGYNs, intensive outpatient, inpatient, mental health agencies, DSHS, as needed and where possible.

Adult & Teen Challenge Pacific West is a non-profit dedicated to putting hope within reach until all live free from struggling with addiction through long-term residential discipleship.

Offers a 30-day residential program for stabilization and recovery skill-building as well as a 90- to 120-day intensive inpatient substance use disorder treatment.   One or more individual sessions are held each week along with a minimum of 20 hours of group counseling services.   Residents attend at least two 12-step meetings a week and participate in structured daily recreation and leisure activities. Daily attendance at in-house school is required; students earn school credits for participation.   Family members or significant others are strongly encouraged to participate in the treatment program.   The building is set up to discourage and/or not allow clients to leave without supervision. Inland Northwest Behavioral Health provides acute psychiatric in-patient care for persons with behavioral and mental illnesses. Services include medication management, 24-hour nursing services, group therapies, and discharge planning services.
