Provides assessment and admission for inpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment, which includes acute and sub-acute withdrawal management as well as brief adult psychiatric residential care. The fully voluntary unit offers 8 withdrawal management beds and 8 behavioral health diversion beds. Services include medication management, detox, addiction treatment, family education, meals/ snacks, and discharge planning/after-care coordination. Pick-up transportation for admitting clients is available.

Offers a Christian-based 6-month inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, including individual and group counseling, spiritual counseling and 12-strep recovery, and community volunteering opportunities. Participants cannot be employed when applying for the program as it is an intensive inpatient program to focus on Substance Use Disorder issues. Provides education about alcoholism and other drug addiction. Teaches communication and coping skills.  Recreation activities available include an exercise area, game room, library of books, group outings, and a canteen. Chapel attendance and Bible study are required as part of the program. Space is available for 30 men in shared living arrangements. Clients stay 6 months in the initial program phase (Bridge 1) and have options to continue into other phases that can amount to 14 months. There is extensive support for after-care including Life and Career Building Skills classes for participants in their last 2 months of phase 1 as well as case management for Supportive Housing and Employment. Participants who relapse will be expelled from the program. After completion of the program, The Salvation Army has additional program components to help individuals re-establish themselves into the community.

At Spokane Falls Recovery Center, they are able to provide medications that will ease symptoms of withdrawal as your body and mind adjust. Medication-assisted detox increases the odds that a person will complete treatment, so they recommend this option to many of their patients.

Offers a 16-bed integrated recovery treatment center to help patients with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorders. Patients stay on a voluntary basis for a variable length of time depending on their needs, and will have an individualized discharge plan with post discharge follow-up. They stay in separate areas of the facility.   The men's program is specifically for DD patients.   Agency provides state-certified service(s).

Offers a 30-day residential program for stabilization and recovery skill-building as well as a 90- to 120-day intensive inpatient substance use disorder treatment.   One or more individual sessions are held each week along with a minimum of 20 hours of group counseling services.   Residents attend at least two 12-step meetings a week and participate in structured daily recreation and leisure activities. Daily attendance at in-house school is required; students earn school credits for participation.   Family members or significant others are strongly encouraged to participate in the treatment program.   The building is set up to discourage and/or not allow clients to leave without supervision. Inspirations feature spacious, dorm-style living for program participants, complete with bedding and closet space. Currently allows smoking at Inspirations, however, a Nicotine Education and a Nicotine Cessation program is offered for interested patients.

Program includes individual and group counseling.   Clients must bring their own suboxone prescription. HarborCrest Behavioral Health provides Acute Medical Detoxification and Stabilization. Detoxification provides medical stabilization from most all addictive substances.

Once a client schedules a bed and arrives at the facility, they are assigned a primary therapist who will guide them through the healing process and the 24/7 nursing and support staff guarantees access to treatment resources if the primary therapist is unavailable at any point. Length of the medical detox program will either be 4 days (stabilization) or 8 days (medically-assisted detox). The difference in program length will be dependent on the medical assessment and symptoms of withdrawal. Medical professionals are on the clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure safety and comfort. If at any point, a person experiences symptoms of discomfort, the medical team will address the symptoms promptly and adjust the care plan to better suit the needs. A free of charge, nine to twelve month, residential, faith-based drug and alcohol addiction recovery program.  Participants are required to connect to a faith group of their choice as well as participate in devotion sessions onsite. Emotional and social growth and healing, Bible study, mentoring, adult basic education/GED test preparation, and physical exercise are included.

Provides a 28 day inpatient treatment program for clients with substance use disorder. Provides individual and group counseling and education with professional and dedicated counselors, to help patients develop a chemical-free lifestyle. Programs are based on Choice Theory and practiced through Reality Therapy. This cognitive-behavioral therapy model teaches individuals how to modify drug/alcohol using behaviors, and develop more effective and responsible behaviors.  It is requested by The Center that you be free from substance use for at least 72 hours prior to admission into the Intensive Inpatient Program. You will be asked to submit to a urine screen upon admission. The results will be staffed and responded to.

Provides medical detoxification/stabilization, followed by an intensive treatment program. Program involves 26 total days of inpatient treatment. This includes: - Education on smoking cessation, blood borne pathogens, birth control and sexually transmitted diseases - Obstetric evaluations and examinations - Intensive case management and aftercare planning - Family involvement - Education on parenting, childbirth and breastfeeding - Groups on codependency, stress management, processing feelings, meditation, spiritual care, relapse prevention and relationships - Nicotine patch, methadone and Subutex are prescribed as appropriate.
