Project Nurture provides integrated prenatal/postpartum care. Offers programming for intensive and maintenance treatment needs and integrated mental health services.

Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.   DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.   Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.   Intensive Outpatient Treatment   Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).   Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Capacity Update: Immediate Openings. Provides office based suboxone  and Vivitrol prescriptions in a medical clinic setting.     Counseling is not required, however clients must meet with a RN/MD for an evaluation. If counseling is determined to be needed clients are referred to Medication Assisted Recovery Group for peer support.     There are no drop in hours, however clients may be seen and induced same day as initial phone contact in some cases.    Poly-substance users are accepted on a case by case basis as clients goals around poly-substance use are determined.

Buprenorphine (Suboxone/Subutex) is a safe and effective treatment for people with dependence on opioid drugs like hydrocodone or heroin. This medication helps eliminate cravings and can help with pain. CHCW clinics are now able to prescribe this medication as part of an office based treatment program. If a patient would like to be added to the wait list, they may call the office. The wait list fluctuates with need and referrals. If they are already a patient of Community Health of Central Washington in Yakima or Kittitas Counties, they would be added. If they need transfer of primary care, they would be added as soon as that process is complete. There are 4 phases of care and as the patient progresses, they will have less frequent visits.

Adult Treatment Services Provides outpatient drug and alcohol treatment to individuals. Outpatient offers one group session per week as well as individual counseling. Intensive Outpatient offers three group sessions per week as well as individual counseling. Youth Treatment Services Provides help for drug and alcohol abuse which is family-focused and consists of group and individual counseling. Gambling Addiction Offers treatment for problem gambling and treatment of pathological gambling through group and individual counseling. Assessments Assessment will present as a series of questions about individual's alcohol and/or drug use, medical or mental health issues, family and social environment, school and work, etc. The Chemical Dependency Professional will determine which treatment program is most suitable.
