Provides a range of addiction and substance use disorder treatment services to support individuals and families to get on the road to recovery from substance use disorders. Includes assessments, DUI evaluations, co-occurring disorders treatment, prevention/education, and outpatient counseling. Pasco and Walla Walla Offices offer the Youth and Family Tree Program, which provides treatment to youth aged between 12-25 years old who are using substances. Uses evidence -based practices to provide treatment and case management to youth and their families. Provides substance use disorder treatment through groups and individuals sessions, mental health treatment to those with co-occurring disorders. Also offers services to family members struggling with substance use.

Provides substance use disorder services for teens and adults, including DUI assessments and outpatient treatment. Provides individual, group, and family counseling as part of treatment. Coordinates adolescent-only groups and adult co-occurring disorders groups. Additionally offers co-occurring intensive inpatient/outpatient and weekly aftercare. Offers morning, day, and evening programs as well as on-site drug testing. Also offers relapse prevention groups and interventions.

Offers family, adult, youth and workplace crisis interventions and stand alone transports for those with chemical dependency, substance abuse, gambling, eating disorders,, internet addiction, sexual issue or any other unhealthy behavior that warrant interruption.  Interventions are typically a two-day process in which an intervention team prepares through family program sessions, education, discussion, letter writing and role-playing. The intervention will occur the following day and is facilitated in such a way that the loved one doesn't know. Interventions are typically between one to two hours with the ultimate goal of the individual in need accepting help. Transports are for a willing person who wants help but can't make it from home to treatment in a safe and secure manner.

Offers in-person and virtual meetings to reduce the negative consequences associated with underage substance use while strengthening community health, resiliency, and empowerment through collaboration with key community leaders, organizations, and community members. Most of the programming is targeted toward school-aged youth in elementary, middle, and high school.

Screening and assessment are performed by clinicians, with someone who is trained and experienced in understanding addictions. Staff are trained to use brief interventions to encourage people who have serious dependence issues to accept more intensive treatment at our facility or to accept a referral to a higher level of care at another treatment facility.

Free weekly intervention classes that will teach about the disease of addiction as well as warning signs of substance use disorder.   Will teach community how to discontinue being a victim to the situation and how to take action towards setting up an intervention to get a loved one into treatment.

Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.  Classes are offered twice monthly. DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.   Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.   Intensive Outpatient Treatment   Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).   Victim's Impact Panels Offers a twice monthly Victim's Impact Panel (VIP). Drug Testing/UA Provides drug/alcohol testing for DOT and non DOT workers. Offers Instant Panel Testing, Urine Lab Testing, USDTL Hair Testing, DDC DNA Testing, Peth Testing and ETG Testing. Agency provides state-certified service(s).

Outpatient treatment is delivered in a group setting with individual counseling sessions.  Groups offered include those for substance use disorder, mental health disorder, co-occurring disorders and problem gambling disorder. Also has a specialty group for patients who have anxiety and/or depression. The group people participate in has specific treatment goals and meets on a regular schedule, and can take place during the day or evening.   The outpatient program is designed to provide additional support for those who have completed a specific phase of treatment or who need additional skills with relapse prevention. Can also provide brief screening and intervention.   Utilizes Biopsychosocial assessments that determine the level of impairment caused from substance use disorder.  Findings are used to develop an individualized plan.
