In cooperation with other jurisdictions of the county, the Okanogan County Emergency Management helps mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural and technological emergencies and disasters.

Clallam County Emergency Management assists with providing FEMA recovery funds for storm damage. Also provides educational materials and preparedness classes for all known disasters and provide many layers of emergency alert information, including "Clallam County Alert System" that citizens can opt-in to receive emergency alerts. The department offers information and resources on disaster preparedness, emergency planning, and volunteer opportunities to work with the department during times of emergency.

Benton County Emergency Management (BCEM) is a division of Benton County Emergency Services. BCEM works to minimize the impact of disasters on the people, property, economy, and environment of Benton County through comprehensive disaster planning, preparedness education, training, and resource coordination. BCEM prepares for and responds to both natural and man-made disasters. Natural hazards in our area include floods, wildfires, and ice storms. BCEM planners also prepare for emergencies at the Hanford Nuclear Site and Energy Northwest's Columbia Generating Station.

Offers information about disaster preparedness, neighborhood programs and disaster awareness presentations. During disasters, operates an Emergency Operations Center where officials from many disciplines come together to coordinate and direct activities, which may help save lives and protect property. Serves Grandview, Granger, Harrah, Mabton, Moxee, Naches, Selah, Sunnyside, Tieton, Toppenish, Union Gap, Wapato, Yakima, Yakima County and Zillah.

Provides mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery planning for emergency responders for major disaster events and facilitate forums with responders to exchange information and improve plans. Prepared to open an Emergency Coordination Center to provide support to field incident commanders and information to the public when a disaster occurs and provides public information on the hazards in Walla Walla County. Spanish interpreters available only during emergency situations.
