The Habitat Store is a new and used building materials store operated by Habitat for Humanity of Kitsap County. Local businesses, contractors, or others needing more shelf space donate items to the store, and in turn, we sell the items at a discount rate. Items are sold at an average 75%-95% off retail price. High quality items are recycled instead of being thrown into a landfill. 100% of the profits support the work of Habitat. You can come by and shop or even get involved in the operation. Volunteers provide invaluable service to the store and work a variety of jobs. Material donations can be made two main ways. Drop your item off at the store or call the store and have them pick your item up.

The Habitat Store is a home improvement outlet offering quality new and used items for up to 70% less than retail. The Habitat Store sells new and used appliances, tools, building materials, and home furnishings. All merchandise is donated by local businesses and individuals. The Store is Habitat Clallam's biggest fundraiser. The Store will come and pick up your donations for free call to schedule pick up in Sequim or Port Angeles. Provides and helps install wheelchair ramps. Also accepts donations of used aluminum wheelchair ramps. Financial donations are accepted to fund future projects and can be given in memory or honor of someone.

Accepts clean appliances under 5 years old, bathtubs in good condition, unbroken bricks or blocks, cabinets in good condition, new carpet, doors in good condition, flooring, furniture, hardware, home-related items, good quality clothing for all ages, decor, lumber, pipes, plumbing, sinks, tile, tools, vanities and windows. Specializes in whole-house "deconstruction," which in many cases is more economical than regular demolition and recycles more than 75% of the structure. Operates a fully licensed and bonded general contractor salvage crew. Accepts select materials from the public as either a tax-deductible contribution or in trade for other materials. Offers a pick-up service for contractors and households that have materials already removed and ready to go. Sells building supply materials in retail store.   Won't take anything with asbestos, florescent bulbs, hollow core doors, appliances over five years old, and molding or trim shorter than six feet. Won't accept paint.
